Yeah, DotM Jolt is fine. Leagues better than the RotF one.

Gotta say. These studio series releases are, time and again, revitalizing my interest in collecting figures when I LITERALLY HAVE NOT BEEN PURCHASING FIGURES IN YEARS.
10 year old Vats is jumping up and down and squealing her heart out, because THESE are the representations of my childhood robot idols that I WANTED at that age (and, like, now, I guess). They’re so realistic they really do remind me of my favorite scenes every time I look at them.

I missed out on that fallout. I never read any reviews on it. It does have some weaknesses admittedly, but overall I love the innovative transformation of that figure.
BIOMEC
Do you think this is better than the one from Dream Factory?!?!
An OS KO by no means will make this toy better…
SillyMcGilly
Looks really cool. Just know that its complexity and fiddly nature became pretty much a meme, lol
hthrun
Why? I like that toy.
Digger
I mean I’d bet money that it’s a solid figure since it’s got all those segments on the back of the jet mode. But like I don’t bet anyway so it’s fine.
transform75
It looked like a solid figure but I didn’t get the chance to get a closer look.
I guess we will see him in another expo or wait for toyfare now
SillyMcGilly
I think the name Jolt still causes PTSD dreams for some people who owned the DotM toy. XD
ObakaChanTachi
Yea bring on SS Jolt! I still need him in my Bayverse collection!
Digger
Interesting theory. I mean all these figures are being made at similar times so they’ve all got similar engineering designs in their head.
savio-prime
I haven't seen anyone suggest this, but looking at the picture of SS Jetfire I have a theory.

Could he be a 'weaponizer' for the new SS Ops (like Cog and Sixgun from the Siege line, for example)? I don't see all the alt mode parts on him in this pic. If he is designed to be a weaponizer in order to achieve Prime's power up mode, we'll that would actually be consistent with the RotF movie. Now we'd just need a SS Jolt!
Just my theory…
hthrun
DotM is my all time favorite movie. That's what I envisioned in an epic transformers movie, a Decepticon invasion ransacking an entire city. The toys were awesome. A lot of robot screen time and dialogue and transformations, a huge twist…
AoE was my second favorite, and then TLK happened…
ultramagnus1
Having rewatched rotf only recently I noticed that Jetfire prime is pretty much the same size as Megatron and the fallen. So I'd imagine the new combined prime won't be much bigger then studio series megs and the fallen. The original release is just too big
OriginalFire
This new Jetfire just looks so much better
RETROTHRUST
Do you think now that there's a jetfire black Apple will make a modified KO of the two instead of a straight upscale?
Zeke1
I really like the new Optimus but I already bought the last one. TT isn't getting my money twice.
Strangely enough I will however wait for a KO upscaled version of it. That I'll get. I almost bought the Wei Jiang KO of the first one but the fact that they didn't fix the backpack stopped me.
SillyMcGilly
Thanks. Hope we get a better Jazz in this line too. PotP Jazz is.. Idk. I fiddle around with him, but he isn't exactly the quality of Siege.
Jtprime17
Ironhide is wave 2.
SillyMcGilly
Anybody have any idea what wave Siege Ironhide is in? I think TFWiki left him out of the wave list. And hot damn, that's a beautiful chunk of an Ironhide if I've ever seen one!
