Rescue Bots was never the same after the change to Rescue Bots Academy. I mean they unceremoniously tossed out all the original voice actors.

Does anybody have a link? I can't find anything so far.

Yeah, I watched the sneak peek of Rescue Bots Academy. I thought it was okay, just didn't care for the voices.

My mistake: each 30 minute ep is broken up into 2 eps.
Anyway, saw it. Didn’t hate it, but wasn’t enthralled by it. The theme song rips off Paw Patrol’s tagline with the whole “no job too big, no bot too small” bit.
All the voices are fine except for the returning characters. Sorry, but that isn’t even a close approximation of Op or Heatwave (Chase was passable).
Honestly, if I had to pick between this & Paw Patrol, I’d go with the pups. But I don’t have to pick, so I’ll keep checking this one out.

Just saw a commercial for a “sneak peak” of RB Academy on Saturday. When I checked the menu, it said it was episode 2. So apparently episode 1 aired somewhere already? Or they just chose a different ep to do a sneak peak with? I don’t know, but gonna check it out.

I'm kind of bummed down by Nicole Dubuc leaving the series. She apparently left Hasbro this year to work as EP at Wild Canary Animation. I will miss the old guard, but I keep my fingers crossed that the new creators will rise to the task
Soundwaver
Not so fond of OP voice. He sounds like Peter is drunk.

Well I guess they needed something for the preschool set and this was their answer for that. *sighs* Not digging this one, and sad to see the voice cast not return. Rescue bots was a good show.

Boulder Media is only animating the show, not writing it. And Rescue Bot's animation was never it's good part.

…rescue bots really surprised me: dismissing its demographic stigma, i sincerely believe that it's one of the best-produced transformers series of all time, and i'm still heartbroken that netflix dropped it before i could finish the series…
…unfortunately, i've not yet seen evidence that boulder media has what it takes to measure up to that exemplary standard…

Is it me or do I think that Optimus Prime\'s faceplate is a little out of place?

I have only watched season 1 of Rescue Bots completely , but Pop is now screening season 4 and I am a few episodes into that .
At first i wasnt keen on Rescue Bots ( mainly due to Doc Green and his daughter and the guy flying round town in a helicopter backpack ) …. over time though I have come to really like the show . All of the bots are likeable characters and the storys are actually really well written .
I am looking forward to Academy .
Shizuka
I think that was for Animated.

Until show 3 for rescue bots, where they dive into how they are a multiversal anomaly that exist in all universes simultaneously with memories of all. No biggie, just another Tuesday.
