Yeah I kinda thing there will be a wave of the last 4 at some point. Just probably less or different paint from the SDCC set.

I’m one of those who are definitely not tired of movie figs. Especially when time constrictions and less evolved engineering resulted in less than accurate toys back in the 07 days. I definitely needed a Brawl since I missed Leader version, a CGI accurate Megatron, accurate 07 Starscream, Badass and beefy looking Lockdown, Stinger as he’s never had an accurate Zonda in deluxe form… Crowbar..eh. I’m looking forward to more from the line and am hoping for an 07 Megatron, DOTM retool for Prime, and yes more Barricade please.

Voyagers were found a week or so ago at Walmart and Deluxes were found on the 2nd at Meijer and are now popping up at target. There were both posted on the front page.

I am holding out for more pretender shells.
They certainly have a lot of inspiration left to draw from.

Oh god I hope not lol. I hope stores in the US can start becoming more like Japanese stores and order monthly. Get new product monthly. But most of all, KNOW WHEN IT'S COMING OUT BY DAY. And knowing every wave, not just street dates of new lines, specifically wave 1. Ugh.
Thats right. I completely forgot about the orange & black (Halloween colors) Primemaster Onyx in the Decepticon Predacon set.
So, do we know if this is gonna be a real limited "Optimal Optimus Throned" with the 4 leftover Primemasters??
OR if HasbroToyShop will get plenty in. This' coolest gimmick since Armada's Minicons. And there is only 13 Primasters that they are having trouble releasing, WHY? Hasbro really should of made them easier to get if this Throned Monkey really IS the only option.

Alright, forgive me for assuming. Actually, I completely agree with what you just said. I actually am not collecting the Studio Series figures, with the exception of Megatron and Jazz (maybe Ironhide). Like you, I completely agree that we need something new added to the Transformers scene. My idea of something new still involves the quintessential Autobots and Decepticons, but new designs and stories with very slight callbacks are what I want. Again, forgive me for assuming your point of view. I find myself defending the movies too often, and it’s become a normal thing to jump into a rant of movie defense when someone starts insulting them as a whole, unfortunately. Anyway, I certainly agree.

*This is going to come off very hypocritical*
Before I say this, just note that I am collecting some SS toys. I do want a shelf that has the 2007 Movie Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ironhide, Jazz, Ratchet and Grimlock on it. So if you wanna call me a hypocrite please do so.
but….
I know I am not the only one tired of seeing these designs. And somewhere deep down I feel like running two separate lines under "Generations" branding has hurt the brand as far as availability in stores. Look man the only real movie we should celebrate is the 2007 one. The rest got increasingly worse up until the joke TLK and now we have a prequel BB movie to send the universe off. Lets hope it can capture some of the 2007 film's magic. So yeah I feel like displaying that 2007 Autobot shelf.. but beyond that it all just feels a bit played out. I don't need a Brawl, Megatron, Starscream, Crowbar, Lockdown, Stinger…… What Transformers needs is some new ideas in general. I am a fan of the Beast Era.. but even if they resurrected that, I would feel a bit weird about it. I wanna see something new. I feel like we are living within a fandom of constant call-backs sometimes.. and while they are great and all you have to admit something new would be refreshing.

Why? There hasn’t been a single repaint in the whole line, they’re screen accurate, and they’re fairly high quality, at least compared to anything else in the mainline that Hasbro has out currently. Meanwhile, the Prime Wars Trilogy (leaving out the leader figures) figures are poorly made, completely gimmick-based, mostly repaints of other figures, and have a severe lack of paint.
I understand that people love the Prime Wars Trilogy (even I like the leader figures) just as I understand people prefer G1 way over the movies, and I respect that though I don’t necessarily agree. But though I don’t necessarily like the PWT, I don’t go around asking for the line to die. I wish people like you would do the same, letting the movie fans get some decent figures for once, especially since you all have had great CHUG figures for over a decade. Now let the movie fans have some of that, too.
KABAR432
oh god.. can we please let SS die?

…well sure it is: retailers clearly no longer order and stock by the old-school algorithms hasbro's distribution model was designed around, haven't really done so for years, and hasbro's subline/assortment/wave scheme has failed miserably at adapting to serve the current brick-and-mortar marketplace…
…folks can say whatever they want about stock being the retailers' reposibility, but when consumers give up on brick-and-mortar shopping and hasbro loses its hands-on marketing channel, that's a direct result of hasbro clinging to an obsolete distribution model…physical toys are precariously perched on the cusp of where compact discs set ten years ago, and they will absolutely go the same way unless hasbro makes some radical changes in how they market and distribute their products…
…in the end, survivial of a product line is the manufacturer's responsibility, not the retailer's…

Yeah. Got mine in Burbank. They also had 1 voyager Inferno, but my funds were limited.

At least it wasn't somewhere odd like Piggly Wiggly.

Anyone know the upc or sku for titan masters to use on brickseek?

One thing I noticed specially with Hasbro is all their lines have have to many options. Look at Star Wars as an example the have 3.74” figures both with 5 points articulation, the 3.75” black series, black series statues 6” black series, 10” figures role playing items, the “girl” line of figures which I forgot the name of the line. Then they also focus on too many gimmicks and then turn around and claim they don’t have the money to make really good vehicles and play sets unless you sign up for their kickstarter program. The 80’s they focused on one size and was able to make amazing world building playsets and many more characters for kids to choose from. I think they would do better if they took a page from their old play book from lines like G.I. JOE or Kenner’s Star Wars line were the focus was on cheap figures and affordable playsets I believe they would do better. One last thing I do understand things are more expensive these days but going back to this format might be better for them. But as always this just my opinion.

So wave 3 Primes are in California now also?
