Jada Die-Cast vehicle lineup for Transformers: The Last Knight became a hit among the fans. Naturally, we are about to see even more licensed toys from the company.
Thanks to die-cast vehicle hobby fanblog T-Hunted, we have a list of upcoming 2018 Transformers vehicles from the company and the list includes Movieverse and G1.
From the G1 side, we are seeing Optimus Prime in his White Freightliner WFT-8664T semi-truck vehicle mode and Bumblebee in his Volksvagen Beetle altmode.
For the Transformers Live Action Movies, we have Optimus Prime as a 1994 Peterbilt 379 semi-trailer truck as seen on the first three movies. Additionally, we have a mystery vehicle which seems to be a Volkswagen Beetle; indicating a possible representation of Bumblebee from the upcoming movie Transformers: Bumblebee.
The die-cast vehicles are mentioned to be for the 1:24 Scale.
Update: Additional images from figures.com showcases the packaging art for the G1 figures as well as Movieverse under the same Studio Series branding.
You can check out the mirrored image, after the jump.

Seeing the 1/32 movie Jada’s at Target again. What’s funny is they were clearanced at Target after Christmas.

Jada already has the Honda license though.

Oh yes, I forgot about Skids entirely, good call. I figured with Mirage they didn't strictly need the Ligier license, but then again they may as well, that way they can use the livery that the original Diaclone design was stealing anyway.

I remember when bumblebee could not be a beetle because volkswagon did not want to be associated with war toys. licences can change over time they should make what they can and hope to get the licenses later since its a pure car line I imagine it would be a lot easier than cars that transform into robots with guns

Good to know, thanks boys!
emoo
You're welcome. Yeah they are usually on the same isle as the hot wheels cars

Why Thanos would need a 4×4 ?
KARR
This is a great idea! Hope they continue this line with more G1 Autobots.
Also amazing to see they're doing KITT; I was getting worried that Knight Rider nostalgia was over with.
Seth Sunthay
Yeah, they're retail normal figures.
franpincho
Thank you for that!
So, they are usually in the Hot Wheels (and the like) isle at the stores?
emoo
Walmart, Target, Meijer to name a few. They usually go for about $20.00 apiece for the 1/24 scale and about $8.00 for the 1/32 scale, not sure about the hot wheels sized ones I think they usually go for around $5.00. You can also find them on amazon and a few other places online but you will end up paying more for them.
Max Tower
I suppose if they wanted to they could do a whole bunch of things not even based on real vehicles.
If they have involvement to Marvel – I guess a Disney License isn't out of the Question.
I want a toy Last Star Fighter sometime.
heck give me the ship from The Flight of the Navigator too – it's only needs to be made in two pieces and chromed
franpincho
Where will these be available?

Ligier and Honda.
Jada ought to look into doing a "race cars of the '70s" line or something. Some of these car companies don't want to be associated with Transformers specifically, but they wouldn't have a problem with being in a line of race cars, and all we'd really need are Reprolabel sigils. It would be a good way to sidestep all the drama of "but I don't want my car promoting war toys" argument.

The great thing about exploiting this license is that a lot of the G1 cars are traditional sports and race cars, so it's just about nabbing the right licenses to cover all of them. For the Stunticons, they already have a Lamborghini license, and Motormaster's alt mode should be covered under the license they have on Optimus, but they'd need Porsche, Ferrari, and Tyrell licenses as well – that's the one great thing about Hot Wheels, they have EVERYBODY'S license already. Still, there's hope that this can work, Porsche might not be hard to work out given they have a license with another arm at VW. Would the sales be there to justify the new toolings? They're pretty iconic cars to exploit, I think it'd be a safe investment. Who is needed for the pre-movie G1 crew?
GM (Jada already has this license)
Ferrari (owned by Fiat Chrysler)
Jeep (owned by Fiat Chrysler)
Lamborghini (Jada already has this license)
Lancia (owned by Fiat Chrysler)
Nissan
Porsche (owned by VW)
Toyota
That seems rewarding enough an investment for a toy company to put effort into, they could spread it out over 2 years perhaps, even if it is Autobot-heavy.
