- Orion Pax: Orion Pax was once just a humble bot on Cybertron who believed in building a better world. The legendary artifact the Matrix of Leadership chose him to lead the Autobots, and he became the greatest hero the universe has ever known: Optimus Prime.
- Optimus Prime: Optimus Prime is the noble leader of the Autobots. He believes that freedom is the right of all sentient beings and fights tirelessly to defend it. He is beloved across the universe for his compassionate nature, steadfast leadership, and heroic feats in battle.
- Optimus Primal: The loyal Optimus Primal is the leader of the heroic beast faction, the Maximals. He was once a research-vessel captain. He rose to greatness when he was thrust into a battle he had no choice but to win to save the universe from a terrible fate. Despite his legendary standing, he shows his freewheeling side through his motto: “sometimes crazy works.”
- Rodimus Prime: When Rodimus Prime joined the Autobots, he went by the name “Hot Rod.” He was young and brash, and longed to be a hero. He was chosen by fate to take his place among the universe’s legendary warriors, and his fight will not end until the last Decepticon threat is extinguished.
- Jazz: Jazz is good at everything he does. The improvisational special ops agent takes on the most dangerous missions with daredevil bravado. He gets the job done and does it with style.
- Beachcomber: The gentle Autobot geologist Beachcomber uses his scanners to locate resources. He joins the fight only when needed or when the peace he seeks is within his sights.
- Cloudburst: Cloudburst is a Pretender. He looks like any other bot, but his body is an armored shell others can wear to disguise their true identity. He may be Cloudburst or he may be a decoy concealing another bot. Who knows what secrets he holds?
- Starscream: The scheming Decepticon air commander plots to take control of the universe any way he can. He’s willing to do anything, no matter how treacherous to defeat anyone in his way.
- Dreadwind: Dreadwind spreads gloom everywhere he goes. The evil Decepticon air defender lives to strike fear in the sparks of others, and the dark shadow of doom he casts lingers long after the battle is over.
- Grimlock: The strength of the Dinobot leader Grimlock is legendary. His prowess in battle is unrivaled. He respects strength beyond all else, but he doesn’t like bullies. It’s this that fuels his dedication to fight against those who would use their power for evil.
- Dinobot Slash: Slash is an elite tracker who can find, catch, and, if needed, eliminate any enemy target. She’s fast and undetectable, and her razor-sharp claws can get her out of any situation.
- Slug: Slug is a hotheaded Dinobot brawler who never met a fight he didn’t like, or an opponent he didn’t think he could defeat. His enemies usually wind up as pools of liquid metal.
- Sludge: Sludge isn’t the smartest bot on the battlefield. Most of his targets end up crushed beneath his thundering feet, sometimes completely by accident. What the big, lumbering warrior lacks in intelligence he makes up for with his incredible strength.
- Swoop: Swoop is the friendliest Dinobot, unless you encounter him in battle. The bombardier’s menacing form and ability to appear from seemingly out of nowhere make him a fearsome warrior.

Those renders for OP look quite good, and the art is alright. I'm genuinely excited about this figure.

From the leaks… looks like Waverider is missing?
Really hope we get a Waverider!
Destructimis Prime
Cloudburst was the only pretender I had as a kid. So I'm interested in getting an update of him if made available.
Venixion
Ahh okay. Thank you.

This is kind of a boring line up. No clue who Cloudburst is. Or what a Pretender is.
FORT MAXie
I hope they fixed Grimlock's crotch issue one of his legs stopped making those clicking noises and I found out why. Do not it was while i was transforming him and was not excessive pressure.

Optimus Primal looks good

You can save the background images. It’s a shame some of then are darkend from their original versions, but still pretty none the less.

The world of the Transformers sure is a pretty one.

I was waiting for someone to bring up cloudburst's bio.
"Cloudburst is a Pretender. He looks like any other bot, but his body is an armored shell others can wear to disguise their true identity. He may be Cloudburst or he may be a decoy concealing another bot. Who knows what secrets he holds? "
this really weirdly sounds like they plan to revisit pretenders at some point down the road, and that the titanmaster/primemaster price point is an exercise in staking out trademarks as much as something to tie the different pricepoints together.
Rodimus Prime
I really want the red version.
AnonymousDwell
They also have shown renders and toys both blue and red for the line. Jury's still out as to whether there will eventually be a red version released.

CoktimusPrime
Swoop's bio art shows him in red but his toy is in blue???
[Wing_Saber-X]
Agreed! Now for it to be released!
Booster Gold
None of that bothers me….because it's just box art and in no way representative of the final product. I just don't think it's a very attractive representation of the character, it's just bad art IMO.
NanakoPreame
I think it's more of the primes went into hiding and picked out names for themselves, just that those names are the names of the pretenders.
Kotori Sonoda
So Micronus just walked up to Cloudburst and asked, "Hey man, can I borrow your clothes for a bit?"
Feralstorm
Possible guesses:
1: They're worried the 'roaring ape face' in the art means the toy has similar 90's TMNT-grade sculpting.
2: They were hoping for something other than the Optimal Optimus color scheme of blue, burgundy, and road-safety orange.
3: They misinterpret the reflected environmental lighting in the artwork, and worry that things are gonna be way greener than they are.
… or possibly something else, like they just don't like it.

Out of curiosity, what are the issues people have with Primal’s art?
I for one think our boy looks great.
