Following the Power Of The Primes product reveal back in December, members from Ozformers have finally spotted the new toys in retail.
Deluxe, Voyager and Legends size classes have been spotted at a Toyworld in Canberra by OTCA Forum members MightyGrimlock and Bowspearer.
The news was quickly followed by the whereabouts of Leaders and Prime Masters who were also sighted, at a Toyworld in Victoria.
Ozformers site-owner and friend of TFW2005; griffin-of-oz is letting us know that the entire first wave released, and showing up at Toyworld first with the possibility of other retailers who may stock if they clear out enough of their old stock first.
Happy hunting!

Seems that the SRP for you guys are almost comparable to those we're seewe're seeing on our shelves. Using your currency, the SRP for POTP line (where I am) would be the following:
Prime Masters – AUD $9.38
Legends Class – AUD $18.86
Deluxe Class – AUD $33.07 (for TRU only, other retailers are charging AUD $30.23 for those)
Voyager Class – AUD $53.91
Leader Class – AUD $94.66

They had 1 leader prime
3 leader rodimuses
3 grimlocks and one starscream
Many deluxes and lots of prime masters
So yes all of wave one

Did Dockland have leader prime ?

Thanks for the pricing info.
Those prices, although higher than other established bricks & mortar stores, is consistent with their previous price. You pay a little extra for 'impatient tax' in this case.

Toys R Us always has the worst range in my experience. The ones around where I live usually just have a handful of the trashier movie figures and that’s it.
Starscreamer69
Went to a Toys R Us about 3 weeks ago and they said they may not stock any POTP until March. Their reasoning? The movie toys are what sells. Bloody Perth being so isolated ha.
This is good news though and I wish the rest of you happy hunting.

Yeah, Premiere Edition deluxes also jumped to $35 at Target recently, but there are different reasons for each of those.
Toyworld generally does things a little pricier, which explains the POTP deluxe and leader prices. Premiere Edition figures tried to justify the vehicle licensing price hike with 'better paint jobs' (or at least that's how I see it), so that explains that.
The RID price jump to $30 is a little more palatable, so it's highly likely that deluxes will be $25/$30, which I can handle.

My local stores are the opposite. Target gets theirs later, and Kmart gets a wider range, albeit in smaller quantities.

Cheers for the info.

I always found Kmart to have a rather limited range of figures though when compared to the rest, even if they were cheaper. Target usually has the best range of the big three stores in my experience. Once again though, it probably varies from store to store.

I recently grabbed Overlord off eBay. He cost about the same as he would in store, plus shipping, which wasn’t too much extra. Amazon’s usually worth a look too, especially since they launched their Australian branch recently.

Do you know what would be the best/easiest way for me to get those guys?

Finally! I want a beachcomber!

The guys at the Hasbro event a few months ago said this wave would be skipping Kmart for some reason, probably due to low sales. Shame too, as they did theirs the cheapest.
You're looking at Target, Myers, Toyworld and some other smaller stores.

If you're asking about places in Australia, I've recently discovered that Toyworld is a good place to find them. It tends to have a wider variety and usually gets them earlier than other places, hence this post. If you can't find something in other stores, check out a Toyworld, assuming there's one near you.
More general stores like K-Mart, Big W and Target generally have a decent variety too, so they're worth a look. You'll find the majority of figures there. Probably varies depending on each individual store location though.
Myer's also a good place to check out if you're after the super expensive, collector-aimed sets, like Fortress Maximus or the multi-pack ones. Those kinds of sets don't always get an Australian release, but if they do, Myer normally stocks them in my experience.

It's been a long time since I bought a TF from a bricks and mortar store. I'm talking nigh on two decades. What are generally the most reliable places to track things down?
Fishsticks
WOOOOO HOOOOO!
ReximusPrimal07
They do exist here but not in retail
CleverNamePendingatron
I don’t think they ever saw release here. Not uncommon for late wave figures in Australia.
