Thanks to our very own 2005 Boards member Nevermore for reporting that the Transformers: Studio Series Voyager Starscream and “Radar” (Code Name) are listed at Walmart.
Studio Series Voyager Class Starscream is listed here (we saw a small picture of the toy here) and a second item with the code name “Radar” is listed here. We could expect “Radar” to be either Megatron or Brawl.
But there’s more, since Nevermore also found the Studio Series Voyager Class DPCIs for Target which include: an unknown character, “Radar”, and Starscream.
We hope to see the highly expected Studio Series in stock soon. You can click on the bar to join to the discussion at the 2005 Boards!

So each figure has its own dpci, that's so weird. Can't wait for official details on this line.

Deluxe and Leader Class DPCIs added to first post!

Walmart listing for the wave 1 Deluxes:
"Stryker2"
Stinger
Crowbar
Ratchet

I think people are reading too much into the codenames, they likely have nothing to do with the actual character.
BenjaminXavier
I thought the assumption was that those 4 were from the BB movie coming out next year? If that's true, Jolt won't be one because we didn't have electric cars in the 80s. Bluelight might be a cop car, so Barricade in an 80s Crown Vic maybe?
deathzero23
I find putting code names on toys kinda hilarious and partly useless.
I don't know if revealing the actual item's names early on has given Hasbro a big deal of problem as a company.
Purple Heart
Thats the best Christmas gift I’ll get this year. I hope you are right in us getting two new Bumbleblees, Soundwave, Sideswipe, and Jolt!
Mr. Chaos
My guess is this: Stryker and Stryker2 are Bumblebee. One is his classic car mode and the other his modern form.
I am willing to put money down that Mercenary or Sentry is Soundwave. And Bluelight I'd guess is a new Jolt. As for the final one it could be Leadfoot finally released or a new Sideswipe.
VortexPrime
so we don't know who Stryker2, Bluelight, Mercenary and Sentry are now.
Mr. Chaos
Your kindly Uncle Chaos gives you all an early Christmas Gift
And yes, already submitted this as a News Tip
Purple Heart
You’ve provided plenty of solid intel before, but mind letting us know how you are sure of that?
Mr. Chaos
Not an exclusive. Radar is Optimus Prime.
TFanPage101
Hmm, guess I missed that.
NGW
They're really going with that weird blue color on the packages then? WTF.
BenjaminXavier
One might be an "assortment" barcode, or it might just be a mistake.
No, most likely not. There have been plenty of DCPIs that don't actually ever get stocked. They cycle through them pretty quickly, considering there are only 1000 per aisle. 087 is toys, 06 is the "type" in our case action figures, and the last four digits are unique to the size class.
Gallade
Likely to help us find an individual figure easier. At least, that's what I think. So if that's the case, I won't be having trouble finding the figure I want.
Nevermore
I have no idea.
The UPC barcodes I used to find the Walmart and Target listings at Brickseek came from TRU, and had them all listed under "Voyager Class".
Daimao
Why would they have different DPCIs if they're the same size class?
Nevermore
Okay, another argument: "Radar" and Starscream's UPC barcodes are numbered in sqeuence (not counting the check digit at the end for obvious reasons), as is the third Voyager that's listed at Target. Traditionally, Hasbro is doing that with toys from the same assortment, usually even from the same wave.
BenjaminXavier
Not necessarily. Sometimes these companies just get a giant dump of UPCs from the manufacturers and load them all into their systems with no real knowledge of what they are. The DotM deluxes from Walmart were in TRUs computers and the Walgreens exclusive Brainstorm was in Walmarts computer.
