The latest three figures in Takara-Tomy’s Transformers Legends line have hit Japanese retail. Legends versions of Gnaw (with bonus Headmaster Sweeps), Targetmaster Hot Rod and Targetmaster Kup are now out in the wild for Japanese fans to add to their collection, and care of Alfes2010 we’ve got some pictures showing these figures compared to their Hasbro Titans Return counterparts. Gnaw, who’s also shown next to his Generation 1 release, has a color palette based on the Sharkticon’s appearance in the movie. Kup ans Hot Rod both feature some remolding, extensively so for Kup, to better resemble their onscreen counterparts, as well as reworked paint jobs – check out that sharp magenta on Hot Rod.
To top it all off, via Hobby Search, there are in-box images of all three new figures.

He's great.

Takara Legends Perceptor is available from Kapow for only 16 GBP but I've not felt the need to order.
Obviously he'll go with my other Classics: Generations Kup with iGear head, Generations Springer, and the more recent Legends Topspin and Twintwist.
To me he just seems to lack character and looks a bit hollow. How is he in hand?

I really like the look of potp rodimus, I guess I could use the normal size one to go with my chug movie crew. And the big version to face off with sovereign

That's the same reason I got one as well. Hopefully, it's not as huge a difference as Big Cannon is with CW Ultra Magnus.
On the subject of these guys though.. I LOVE Legends Kup! It's hands-down my favorite non-3rd party figure of 2017.

Could always pose him the voyager car Hot Rod. If he comes in a little short, he can still have the underdog thing going.
DoubleClouder
I picked up an Open and Play Big Cannon specifically to face off against Rodimus

Yeah, I would really like to see what comes after Power of the Primes at this point. And just skip straight to it without having years to pass.
Thundershot
Too bad they made Galvatron a voyager in the last line. These two are destined to never get big toys to rival each other.

It's a shame how huge that Rodimus is – no need or desire for a leader-class Rodimus. Then again, as horrendous as these look from behind, I'm kind of glad not to be tempted.

If Firebolt were still alive when Hot Rod became Rodimus Prime:

Depending on how much I like Leader class Rodimis, which should be arriving next week; I may possibly be putting up my Legends Hot Rod for sale at a good price.
Should I PM you first if that's the case?
stprime
Or have the sharkticon sweep head for sale?
stprime
Anyone want to split hot rod? I don't really care about his target master.
kaszal
I've an LG-26 Scourge for sale in case anyone interested.
IronMagnus
ATTN Army Buildiers, Takara Sharkticons are on sale today at TF Source… $16 each.
I already have 2x Hasbro Scourge, 1x Takara Scourge, and 4x Hasbro Sharkticons… but this little sale was the perfect excuse to get 2 more Sharkticons, have some color variety there, put the 2 sweeps heads on my Hasbro Scourges for even more differentiation between Scourge and his sweeps, and give the old Hasbro scourge heads to Trypticon as snacks! It's a win-win-win-win!
Fenrys
Welp just ordered two takara sharkticons to add to my chosen prime order, so my total sharkticons will be 5, tempted to add two hasbro ones to the horde as well haha plus my sweeps will get their new heads as well!
Fenrys
Just if you do it to scourge you may want to heat his elbows a bit first, they’re more fragile than highbrows
TyrantGalvatron
I have a pin punch too but it wouldn't push the pin out by itself. That's when I jumped to the soldering iron.
I wish I would've tried using the pin punch in conjunction w/a hammer.
Fenrys
Yea, they’re pretty nice, have wrist articulation, include a gun and it boils down to the same price as hasbros for paint closer to takaras
TyrantGalvatron
I like those KO Sharkticons alot. Especially the clear one.
