Arrival to Earth from the first movie will always be the finest moment in the movieverse. The music, the atmosphere, and that moment when Prime scans. Chills.
It was all downhill from there, I guess, but that moment. Wow.

So many enjoyable moments, but the first time I heard Cullen as Prime and later Welker as Megatron in the respective movies. Just awesome!
The touch79
My favorite movieverse seen was in ROTF when Optimus combined with Jetfire to take down The Fallen and Megatron. Give me your face!

My favorite scene is the beginning of Transformers 1, when Blackout arrives at the base for the files.
mondo
My favorite segment is this, Prime getting the Dinobots and charging into the city.

The "Arrival" scenes… with all the Bots scanning their vehicles and transforming in front of the 'kids' for the first time, especially Optimus. Hearing that iconic voice for the first time is still this TF fan's "oh yeah–high five" moment.
Next fave… was Ironhide's transformation in the Mission City battle scene, firing his cannons as he flips and dives in the street!!!! Last fave… Optimus rescuing Sam from Megs in the old bldg. and firing his cannon.. the slow mo shot was fantastic.

for me it is autobot arrival which cresennds to peter cullen voice saying “i am optimus prime”. the other is autobts reunite and prime escaping the farm from the mercenary. and finally all of tlk megatron scenes.
Kasual706
Prime vs Bee is my favorite moment.

Favorite scene was seeing Optimus in his evasion mode, seeing the contrast of the G1 form and the movie bot aesthetics. Loved it.
Taureanstar
Favorite moment was in Revenge of the Fallen. The battle with Devastator climbing. Great big budget movie stuff!

My favorite moment has to be when Barricade initiates the chase with Bumblebee and Sam. The roll, to run, to leap, then transform was the simplest moment, but was what I wanted to see a transformer do; effortlessly move from one mode to the other. There was actually applause in the theater.
Robotmonkeys
Most memorable and favorite scene was from the 07 movie when they have their first "roll call" and each autobot transforms and is introduced.

first time we saw blackout….not only did i see it at the con with my fellow TF fans, it just set the stage for everything

My favorite moment in all of TF movieverse history is the ending scene of Transformers 4 when Optimus has defeated Lockdown and the Autobots are all standing by the bay in Hong Kong. I love the sunset, and I love the anticipation and excitement that is left when Cade asks Optimus if he will ever see him again, then Optimus blasts off into space to find the Creators.
Autobot Burnout
14. Fucking. Versions.
I don't think there are that many variants of the 2006 Deluxe Classics Seeker!
SamsHappyTime
My favorite scene is in TF1 when Sam's parents barge in his room, and his mom asks him about his um, extracurricular activities, and calls it "Sam's Happy Time". Not because I enjoyed the scene, but because so many other people didn't, and it gave me my sweet user name, which constantly reminds people of the awful things the movie series did without even bringing it up. Despite these constant things that irk so many fans, I look past it and still find the films enjoyable.
