Omega Underground has posted some info regarding the Principal Photography of Transformers Universe: Bumblebee.
Under the working title of Brighton Falls, the movie is set to film in Los Angeles and Northern California/San Francisco area from July 31st to November 15th.
The schedule is 2 months shorter than any of the previous Transformers Live Action Movies which takes about 6 months to complete.
The movie is directed by the acclaimed director Travis Knight.

I expect a trailer in December
Justice for megatron
Hope this is close to me so i can visitthe set. I was really let down by the last knight and I honestly think I\'m the only one on this site who loves all four movies

I stopped reading the director's name after "Tr".
As long as it's not Michael Bay, it'll be a huge improvement!
Night Flame
Unfortunately, this is a stigma that's going to a really hard uphill battle for this movie when it comes to drawing people in. I'm really torn myself. I gave up on the movies after the third one because they just stopped being fun to watch for me. I really liked Kubo, and want to believe Knight can make a really great Transformers movie. The problem is it's going to be tied to lore that's so inconsistent it can't even hold a single scene to a singular theme or plot. I just don't know that it'll be worth watching for that reason alone.
I want to be optimistic about it, but with the management team that'll be overseeing Knight through this process, it's a tough call.

70 million is still a crap load of movie to have budgeted for a movie. That said, unless they are going to film it on the moon, no movie should cost 250 million to make.
Trip2boy
Well, Return of the Jedi was called Blue Harvest simply to keep people away from the set. Probably the same story. If it had Transformers plastered everywhere they'd probably have to deal with a lot more strangers, good and bad.
Chaos Prime
Considering this will probably still be in the Bayformers Universe I don't really care.

Knightformers….
Intriguing.
Applejacktimus
um
He was making a joke about how Bay's movies are called "Bayformers," and now that this one's being done by Travis Knight… well…
SilverOptimus
Previous Transformers movies took about 5 or 6 each.

To the above saying four month is short…usually most big budget movie finishes in 3!

If Barricade defeats Bumblebee as a 1985 Police Car would it be considered a downgrade or an upgrade?
theswimmer06
Assuming the producers doesnt force their same old crap in the movie
snokoan
You mean knightformers from now on

The BB movie will be compared to Wonder Woman for TF cinematic universe. This movie must deliver in the box office and critical reception in order to save Paramount's Bayformers.

Four months is a long time to be filming one movie. If this really is supposed to be a smaller movie, I'm surprised it's even that long.
jackgaughan
Oh, I do hope this means we'll get a shorter movie.

Brighton Falls? Curious name.

Interesting…to say the least!
