Amazon UK, Amazon US and Amazon Germany have put up several listings for the Home Release of Transformers The Last Knight.
The listing contains:
- Transformers: The Last Knight Blu-Ray Release (£ 14.99)
- Transformers: The Last Knight Blu-Ray 3D Release (€ 24.99)
- Transformers: The Last Knight DVD Release (£ 9.99)
- Transformers: The Last Knight Limited Edition Steel Book (€ 24.99)
All editions comes with a free Digital Download with a standalone digital download on Amazon Video ($ 19.99).
An exact release date is not assigned for the movie but a placeholder date of December 28 is seen on Amazon Germany. However, there is a good chance that the home release will take place somewhere at the end of September very much like Transformers: Age Of Extinction.
Worf
The real question is, is North American going to get a 3D version, and is it going to be the cool one with both 3D and 4K , or the crappy 3D and separate 4K releases. (For me, 3D trumps 4k, because I don\'t have any 4K TVs, players or receivers to play it on).

Considering it's the artwork for the official score, nope. I hate it mostly because they went with WW2 Bumblebee who was in the film for 10 seconds and had no impact on the plot. They'll keep it because it has robots, it has humans and it has plot on the cover even if it makes a so-so cover. Still, it has its appeal.
Shizuka
Why do all the recent images of WWII Bumblebee have him in yellow instead of blue? I could have sworn that he was greyish blue.

Uhh… I posted the Best Buy ones back in June, but okay I guess.

I'll wait for the 90 minute long "Properly Edited Edition"

What a mess of a movie. That being said, the visuals we're great and the sound mix was reference material.
I'm guessing they'll include the Dolby Atmos mix and possibly Dolby Vision? I can see this movie being a home theater demo staple.

I have to wait until December until people finally stop talking about this movie?
Well, ok then.
Angry Camaro
It would be nice if Bay did a commentary for this one. It's been while since he's done that for any of his films.

Can't wait. I'm so glad it bombed. I get to watch it on repeat and in marathon for a couple weeks. I loved it

Yeah dvd movies should have that feature gag reel, deleted scenes, bloopers, behind scenes making of movie we always get same stuff on every DVD with transformers not much new stuff stuff we do want ends up on YouTube not DVD itselfnot fair
Sam’s_Bee
Good to know and I'm hoping for the making of/behind the scenes. Yes they are scarce but I do love them. If they'd only take a page from the Hobbit/Lord of the Rings extended editions. Glad I saw this in the theater because the big screen did the movie justice.
Rumble02
Im just hoping for bonus footage

I miss the cool gimmicks they did when the first movie released, that transforming DVD case was just awesome.
Gonna go with the standard bluray release this time though.
Edit: Actually, ya know, I do need the first movie on bluray and my copy of either RotF or DotM (forget which) got a bit beat up when my nephew had it so maybe will see about a boxset release and pick that up instead.
