Transformers The Last Knight’s store exclusive Infernocus is an upcoming release in the Toys R Us exclusive Mission to Cybertron subline. This figure looks pretty awesome, with four out of the figure’s five components being redecos of the Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Legion Predacons. The fifth figure in the set, Skulk, is a new mold which replaces Hun-Grrr as the gestalt torso. Care of NOTRAB on Weibo, we’ve got a size comparison of the new Infernocus alongside the Beast Hunters Abominus, and from this image, we can see how Skulk alters the look of the combination, with a much bulked up torso that makes the combined form seem a bit more proportional. Check out the image attached to this post.

awesome….hoping to grab two of him…so i can balance the limb symmetry AND paint a quintessa. but honetly, i'd be happy with just one…

I'm half tempted to hunt down this guy. :/

I love combiners, but I hate this thing. Yuck.

As a quick easy gift set voyager size makes sense, also infernocus is a bit part in the movie. I expect any future combiners in the generations line to utilize some version of the combiner wars engineering

I don't necessarily want something the size of a CW Combiner, but I might have settled for a Leader-sized version. But it looks like Hasbro are now settling for Voyager-sized Combiners (that's one of the things that annoyed me about RID Ultra Bee) which don't interest me.
Fenrys
Except he's not super big in the movie either, sure the figure doesn't scale properly, but he's not a massive combiner in the fiction either
Hanzkaz
Whatever it's other issues, it's way too small, especially for a Deluxe/Voyager/Leader scale TF display.. I've never been a fan of undersized Combiners.

So Infernocus combined is about Voyager size.

There is no saving this figure. The limbs are garbage.
The only way ill own this is when it goes on super deep clearance…which I\'m sure it will just like the box set before it

If Hasbro would have been smart with this, they would have capitalized on reusing some of the Beast Hunters Deluxe figures and try to remold them to be the combiner. I\'ve seen it done here before in the Radicons section using the Voyager Class Predaking as a torso and using Skylinx and the other deluxe sized predacons as limbs. Even better, if they used the Beastfire Leader Class Predaking and using Darksteel and remoded Voyager Predaking as limbs then we have an imposing almost Titan Class Infernicus.

Well, that's why I said "roughly" the same size – they were more or less the same price point over here, so there's that. Some Legions are the same size as Minicons, depending on which ones you compare, but I'd say 2 Minicons = 1 Legion and 3 Minicons = 1 Scout (just because I find calling them Legends confusing, especially when the entire Japanese Generations line is ALSO called Legends).
Requiem Prime
Not happy he's TRU exclusive at all.
I like what I see, but only as a general hellish monster, not as the movie character. In that light, I dig the twisted limbs the others give him, but I kind of hope the third parties could hook him up with something better.

To ammend Legends is what became Legions and have always been slightly bigger than Minicons. Commander Class sort of became Legends as the T30, CW, and TR figures are all Commander class sized but have the Legends name.

So is there an alt mode image

Man, usually I love some of the movie toys. I don't collect them, but I appreciate them and have been tempted to collect the new premier line movie toys.
That being said, I have really, really disliked some of the offerings this go-round, and Infernocus is probably the one I like the least. He looks like a bunch of goth lawn flamingos trying to form a mosh pit.
In all fairness, I didn't like the Prime Terrorcon mold to begin with – it's a gawky, jumbled mess at best. I feel like the gnomes from Gravity Falls make a better combiner.
Maybe I'm just being really unfair. Very few toys arouse my fanboy ire these days, but Infernocus is just a mean joke to me as the torso bot looks pretty sweet. Those limbs can go die in a fire.
marktron
how many inches / cm TALL ????
Hanzkaz
I'm hoping Wei Jiang takes a crack at this. Oversize it with a few improvements, and it's bought.

Cyberverse encompasses "Legion" and "Commander" size classes. Legion is the old Legends (and known by or roughly equivalent to classes with various other names, such as Go-Bots (G2), Spychangers, Legends of Cybertron, Minicons, etc.) and Commander is the old Scout/Basic size class which is now (confusingly) called Legends. So, these are roughly Minicon size, would be the easiest comparison.
Also, a mod should change the thread title so it says "Infernocus".

Legends are closer to cyberverse commanders, legions are smaller
