Continuing with IDW’s First Strike Cross over, user Shadow Panther shares a comprehensive check list of all the issues and reading order of the series that was found in bleedingcool.com. It starts in August and expands until December, of course with several intersections with other Ongoings.
We can see on this list stories by G.I. Joe, M.A.S.K. , Micronauts, ROM and Transformers, the same franchises from Revolution.
Will you be following this series? Let us know on the 2005 boards!

I am so in for Visionaries. My fave backup strip from the original Marvel comics. New figures as well please.

Yeah, IDW has some major scheduling problems. For whatever reasons, several of the books have been delayed from when they were solicited. It's why Revolutionaries, which revealed Baron Ironblood's identity and lead directly into First Strike, still hadn't concluded by the time First Strike #1 came out and spoiled Ironblood's identity.

the list says GI Joe #9 was released in August, but issue #8 came on 30th; so it is postponed, or is that an error?
I don't follow all titles listed, but I read weekly http://www.previewsworld.com, where oncoming and incoming comics and magazines are updated regularly; I mean, is the old checklist order still valid?
At September 2nd, latest released titles are Micronauts – Wrath of Karza #4, GI Joe #8, ROM #12, MASK #9. Moreover, some of previous issues have situations tied with FIRST STRIKE, so… include or exclude?

It's Visionaries. Which I am excited about, as long as IDW puts an above-average writer on it.

They clearly do effect them as they feel the need to shoe horn the transformers into them. now im all for a shared universe, just not how IDW are going about it. I agree that revolutionaries was a fun read, but going from incredible to fun without said incredible story being completed is a failure in my eyes.

You do not have to keep complaining all the time, since these comics from other franchises do not affect the comics of Transformers, you are not required to read them all. Revolution was a fun crossover (Transformers had other events worse at IDW). In addition to Revolutionaries be Transfoemrs best re-interview since MTMTE S1.

whoever in IDW thought these "events" would help drive sales needs their head read, followed by a swift sacking!.
Bathawk
Glad to see there is only one isse of a core TF book that I will be "required" to buy, skipping the one shots, and won't even give the core first strike book a flip-through
I'd be surprised if any isse of this series sells more than 5,000 copies. Which beggars the question, does IDW not see this?
shamanking282
I'm even over that. Like, between the break for Revolution, the re-numbering, and it not really impressing out of the gate (a six issue arc was NOT the way to start a relaunch), the passion I had for MTMTE just died. This is why events can be so harmful. They kill momentum.
Splendic
Haha. Same.
Guess I'll buy some LL if the next arc is good, otherwise I'm essentially out on IDW!
shamanking282
So looking forward to buying nothing on this list. Or any new book IDW publishes anymore.
kmc
That fits, as they bother to make him a bio in Revolution and the Sourcebook.
Omegashark18
So there he is,
The art looks good too, dare say even better then Revolution.
And with all the talk of magic, I'm willing to bet that it is Visionaries that's coming in December.
UltraMagnus3786
wholeheartedly agree!

This is one of the greatest jokes I've ever seen on these boards.

I am one of those many people you are referencing. To me, 3 months is indeed 3 months.
Heliblade
Look out! G.I. Joe is trying to ruin Transformers again!
omegafix
3 months is 3 months to many.
Jalaguy
Yup!

That could fit in the few white letters remaining under the giant red CLASSIFIED
