Care of our sponsors Big Bad Toy Store, we have learned of the next three releases in the Japanese Titans Return line, due in October 2017. Transformers Legends will be getting LG-47 Kickback & Crowbar, LG-48 Brawn (Gong) & Repugnus, and LG-49 Triggerhappy. Kickback and Brawn are going to be Japanese releases of the Legends class Kickback and Brawn from the Titans Return line with bonus Headmasters. Without a doubt Repugnus is going to be the Titan Master figure from the US line, but your guess is as good as ours for Crowbar. Triggerhappy is set to be a Japanese release of the Deluxe class Decepticon, and his listing explicitly calls him “Targetmaster Triggerhappy” like the previous Kup and Hot Rod listings, so expect him to come with some new tooling like the two Autobots along with his very own Targetmaster.
No images are available yet (the thumbnail for this story shows the US release of Kickback from our gallery), so we will update when they are available. In the meantime, check out Big Bad Toy Store and our other sponsors for preorders on these guys:

Kickback is my favorite. Awesome color and detail: much more impressive than Hasbro version. The toy is small, simple and elegant: made me considering selling my fansproject ninja insecticons, which were gorgeous but a hell to transform. LG Kickback made go through a lot of trouble to obtain his companions just to complete the team at this scale.

I just got a Legends Kickback, and the plastic peg holding the wing sheared clean off?!!!! ARGHHH!

Got my LG-49 Triggerhappy today and I'm beyond satisfied. Very crisp and clean color-scheme, no paint-errors, great joints, everything feels nice and tight.
Attaching the Headmaster for the first time was scary though, I had to apply a good amount of force until he snapped into place. But man, great figure with a great paint job, really happy to have this guy!

And these also arrived.

Legends Brawn is a pleasent surprise. It has a simple yet satisfying transformation, great articulation for its size and an… interesting weapon which allows for other users of the mould. The colour scheme is also solid although I think I prefer the green from the Hasbro version. Repugnus is a decent but not really necessary addition (By the way, I'm using the bazooka from the Dr. Wu Legends weapon set, highly recommended, Brawn is not complete without it).

Legends Kickback is also pretty solid although not as much as Brawn. It definitely has the look of the character thanks to great paint job but the proportions can be a bit awkward. The Doubledealer Titan Master looks pretty neat as well.

Finally comes Legends Triggerhappy and I have mixed thoughts about it. Not about the mould itself since is really good, the way how the figure transforms is inventive and allows for the use of his vehicle guns as arm cannons which fit perfectly for the character… but that's the issue, it looked waaay better with the guns that were included in the Hasbro version and quite frankly, the figure looks incomplete without it. In case you're wondering, no, the Targetmaster doesn't compensate for it, is an okay accesory but the gun mode barely resembles anything and is not worth losing the best addition of Titans Return Triggerhappy.
The colour scheme is pretty good. I do prefer the light blue parts from this version compared to the dull gray from the TR figure, on the other hand, the TR version had better use of gold so that kinda balances things.
Overall, these are nice additions to my collection. Quite happy overall.

Well, seeing the comic scans now explains why nearly everyone was posting pictures of Clouder on Black Convoy.
Because Arcee is/was a human woman?
There are a lot of different Transformers in Legends; you've got those who came from other universes largely unchanged, like Springer, Chromia, Slipstream, etc. Then you've got all the natives who got the "Transformers Virus" and became Transformers, most of the BW versions, Leo Convoy, Arcee, etc. Then you've got those who were exposed to the blackballs and essentially became the Titan Masters on their way there (most of the current Titans Return figures). Finally you've got a few oddballs; Combiner Wars Megatron and Galvatrons Headmaster Megatron are the same Megatron (somewhat long story), and so forth.
If that actually makes a difference, I don't know. Windblade was in the background too, but she's a "real" TF. So, maybe it doesn't.

Damn, my Triggerhappy had a bunch of paint defects, sucks bc he’s sooo much better than the Hasbro equiv … might have to Frankenstein the two …

Japan only in the last couple of years have become big tourist attraction for the Mainland Chinese …

I'm not too sure about this assessment. I feel it's more accurate to say that the Japanese love to window shop. Whether or not they drop actual yen on product is another story (probably due to their limited income prospects in the wake of years of failed Abenomic policies and a stagnant economy but that's a whole other can of worms).
Just from my own limited anecdotal experiences, it seems more B-and-M stores are trying to curry more and more favor with foreign shoppers, to include Americans and the Chinese. Every time I go into a big box store like Yodabashi Akiba or Bic Camera, it's the Chinese that are buying up stuff like Gundam model kits in droves. Even in my neck of the woods in the Tokyo outskirts (about 45 minutes away from downtown), there are Chinese tourist shoppers buying up loads of stuff in department stores like Aeon-Jusco.

Doesn’t sound too different from america

Not in Japan. Bricks and Mortar is still the primary means of shopping for a great many people, and the Japanese love to shop. Go to Akihabara any given weekend and its FULL of people. Just not people who really care to buy Transformers.

Rule 34.
No exceptions.

I know that I'm asking logic in a story about transforming robots but still why the hell does Arcee seem to have some sort of skin?
Jesus Sakamoto. Welp, I already ordered these anyway.
PredaconElder
The amount of pandering/"fan service" in those Sakamoto comics is pretty much indicative that it's mostly adult buyers at this point imo.
Fenrys
Honestly just because stuff is hard to find in brick and mortar doesn’t mean it’s not doing well, it means brick and mortar stores are starting to show people how badly they suck

Picked up Triggerhappy and other than the head, the plastics and paint job is better than the Hasbro version. But of course, I paid more for the Takara version.
I kinda like Blowpipe…and while the gun handle is like the original (probably a homage), I wished TakaraTomy didn't had the handle there.
Oh wow…can't help but feel sad when I read the above…I actually thought the LG line was doing well…hence the reissues.
Neko-bot77
Hilarity ensues! Awesome!!! I love these comics!!!
Type-R
It's not just the LG comics that are lewd.
