Kabam’s development team behind Transformers: Forged To Fight will showcase the new mobile game at the 2017 Penny Arcade Expo (PAX East) today (10th March, 2017). The following official statement is available:
“Come by the Transformers: Forged to Fight booth #12096 for a chance to win an exclusive Transformers: Forged to Fight Pinny Arcade Pin (news post image). Meet the development team for a game demo, try the “Beat the Boss” challenge, then spin the prize wheel to win the Pinny Arcade Pin or other cool prizes.”
A brand new trailer for the mobile game will hit the internet sometime later today.
We also expect to hear new info regarding the rumored Transformers: The Last Knight (mobile?) game.
Stay tuned with TFW2005 for more info.

Crikey, I remember that first Beast Wars game on ps1 and how terrible I was at it. Can't even judge if it was good or difficult or what from memory. All I know is I had a lot of trouble completing missions and never finished it. Still found it cool to play as my favourite characters and transform at will though. That was enough to keep childhood me happy. I'll probably check this new game out just to see what BW characters are included.
Prime’06
I'm looking forward to the inclusion of BW characters. It's about time we get modern 3D models of these characters!
The PSX games just…..never looked good.

News Post: Transformers: Forged To Fight At PAX East 2017

Yes, High Moon Studios worked on the PS3 and the Xbox360 ports of Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Having said that, do not expect them to deliver WFC 3 anytime soon or at all.
Furthermore, if you don't hear about a TLK Console Game during PAX East 2017, you can kiss that hope goodbye. Even now it's too late for an announcement.
Info from Kabam's Transformers: Forged To Fight is confirmed. I'm expecting a possible TLK mobile game too.
*Ding, ding* Ooh, some FTF info just came. Be right back.

High Moon if I'm not mistaken have worked on maps or something COD related. Just like Raven software has(They made Singularity, great game by the way). Yes they have their main three studios that handle the individual series releases, but they will farm out side work to Highmoon, Raven Software etc that are under the Activision umbrella of studios.
As to Devastation: I'd like to see a sequel just to continue the Nova Prime stuff, but I want to see actual sales figures and see if they amount to enough for Activision/Hasbro to green light a sequel. I can't seem to find anything concrete to a sequel happening. It seemed more of a vehicle to market Combiner Wars.
It did come out the year 2015 the year of nostalgia flicks. Mad Max(eh maybe nostalgic) Jurassic World, Star Wars: The Farce Engorges Ma-Rey Sue Strikes Back. I feel like I'm forgetting something of another nostalgia cash grab that year.
Here's a link: High Moon Studios | Home and see what the first game that pops up is. Has a rotating image gimmick on their site. So I wasn't exactly off on my information, just a little outdated with it.

High Moon's working on Destiny 2 what are you talking about? CoD is being handled by Tryarch and Infinity Ward. Though I do agree that its more than likely that High Moon is so dissolved into Activision's shitty money-making machine that their logo won't appear under Destiny 2 because Bungie's doing everything else with the name. Platinum Games on the other hand has gotten bigger over the years following past successes and with Scalebound cancelled (RIP) there's one slot open for a possible Devastation 2. Even Activision, who handed the project to Platinum in the first place, wouldn't leave us on a cliffhanger if it meant that they can cash-in on that nostalgia money.

I'm pretty sure Deadpool was made well before the movie came out. And as for why it came out before a third possible TF game, they may have just wanted a break from Transformers. They'd already made WFC, DOTM, and FOC, so maybe they just wanted to do something new and spice up their portfolio.
DrOblivian
yeah i don't know why they even thought that was a good idea, they should have just immediately started production on the 3rd Transformers game (something that was guaranteed to sell) an MAYBE they company would still be doing ok. or maybe the Deadpool game would have been better (sold better at least) if they had, you know, actually waited for the movie to come out.

If a sequel from Highmoon was coming it would have by now. They are serving out their punishment for the Deadpool game by slaving away on the diarrhea train known as the Call of Duty franchise. It'll been five years this coming August since FOC came out. I don't see it happening. That's if Highmoon still actually exists and hasn't been dissolved by Activision.
Devastation I can see happening quicker, but Platinum games have been spreading themselves thin I think, so it may not happen either. Still a shame Scalebound was cancelled.

The real question is where the hell is the 3rd installment of the highmoon games? Or Devastation 2? you know, actual Transformers game that are good.

Well, as long as we're living in Fantasyland, I hope they port PS2 Transformers Armada to iOs. With maybe slightly simplified controls and using the accelerometer for steering, I think the game would work great on iPhone/iPad.
Ejector369
I'm hoping they port Transformers: Devastation to Nintendo Switch!

*still hoping for a FOC sequel*

“although we are not a ‘movie game,’ there definitely will be some surprises from The Last Knight entering into Forged to Fight.\"
I think they\'re talking about returning/new characters that we don\'t know about yet, either that or it\'s the new designs of barricade and megatron

A pay to win garbage game? Yeah that sounds like so much fun.
