Once again, Newsarama comes through with a full preview of the next issue of IDW’s Transformers Optimus Prime. In this issue, Optimus Prime has to deal with concerns within his own ranks, and difficulties concerning the Junkions and humanity – the former of which is about to become considerably more complicated as the first page of the issue shows! Check out the preview and then be sure to pick up the full issue when it hits comic stores!

Would be nice. Kinda miss the floating-head guys. xD

Maybe? Junkion has always had lots of Quintesson-related stuff on it in IDW, like the cruisers and the Sharkticons, which is why Wreck-Gar and friends are using them here. Doesn't necessarily mean the Quintessons will show up (or that they won't).
Brave Magnus
So…does this mean the Quintessons will show up anytime soon? Just saying. HAvent read this run yet and something tells me I should. ^^

Still not a fan of the coloring style Josh has elected to go with on this book.

Zama and Milne's art simply rocks
Sockie
Because he had grown fatigued on Transformers after five years of it, and wanted to work on other stuff. He's doing a MASK annual, and the Micronauts: Wrath of Karza mini. He wasn't fired or anything, he just left the book of his own accord.
And I really do think Zama is doing an incredible job already, and I look forward to seeing how she develops as she continues to draw.

I respect your opinion. But while she is for sure 1000x better than Livio, she is nowhere near the artist Griffith has evolved into. I'm giving her a chance but I would really like to know why Andrew isn't on this book anymore.
Sockie
Luckily, this book's had good art since the start!

Milne is just the best.
EDIT: Not that I don't like Zama's art, I absolutely LOVE it as much as I do Milne's stuff (she might need to cut back on the shadows/thick lines tho), but I just really missed his art. Still want to know why he's not involved with Lost Light beyond occassional covers.
TyrantLizardKing
Not to harp on Zama in any way, (because her art is quite good) but Milne just has such a natural look and feel to his Transformers. Very clean, very detailed, and yet his characters always manage to be expressive no matter what they look like.

Amazing how good art makes the book better

Sorry posted it in General Discussion by accident. But here you go.
