Via the Youtube channel Transformers Family, we can report that the final three episodes of season 2 (or 2.5 if you prefer) of Robots in Disguise will be airing on December 16th at 6am on Cartoon Network as a single feature-length event. The story arc, which sees Bumblebee’s team face off against their toughest foe yet in the form of returning Decepticon Starscream (voiced by returning voice actor Steve Blum), is a highlight of this year’s new Robots in Disguise episodes.
Given the format of the airing, it is extremely likely that this is the rumored TV movie which for a while was thought to be the end of the series before the third season was confirmed recently.
Check out the preview video of the event after the break.

Well sure, but it's not likely they're going to air it without ads…
EDIT: Oh, there we go, checked Zap2it – it's an hour and a half. They're listing the three episodes separately, so there might not even be any editing-togethr into a movie.

I wonder if they'll cut any content (I hope not) and this will probably be released on DVD in future. And don't judge the show by the toys, give it a chance.

I wish someone would record it and upload it. Would be nice to see it all as a movie.

>TV Event at 6 AM in the morning.
Really?
Really?

You're an idiot, Starscream.
When we slip by their early warning systems in their own shuttle and destroy Autobot City, the Autobots will be vanquished forever!

What a suck ass time slot , guess I`m setting an alarm now ..lol
StellarJet
So weird to see a G1-like Starscream with the Starscream Prime voice…
The 'movie' looks very promising though! looking forward to it

We\'ve alread had these shown in the UK on 13/11/16, 19/11/16, 20/11/16 – but this is with the recaps at the start of each episode too – so could be down to 55 minutes.

I love the robot designs, but the toys are just so bad to mediocre that I haven\'t had any interest in the show whatsoever.
I\'m not a fan of how they seem to be separating their fandom into two distinct groups. Oh well.
Ratatoskr
Might watch this.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this "TV Film" is a rerun of the last three episodes, spliced together?
Is that it?
SeanTF1967
Each episode is about 22 minutes each, cutting out commercials and those previously on segments should knock the time down, as well as taking out the credits for the first two episodes. It will be the last three episodes of the Season 2.5.

A ONE-hour event? That's only TWO episodes… :\
Fallout
ooh, starscream's glowing. i hope he turns into a floating energy ball….

So this is probably the aforementioned tv movie
SeanTF1967
Even though the full season has aired. The final three episodes will air as the TV Event as we all suspected on December 16 at 6AM on CN.
So the episodes that are going to air are presumably: Mighty Big Trouble, Mini-Con Madness and Worthy as a movie.
