EZY DVD has put up a preorder listing for the first volume of season 2 for Transformers: Robots In Disguise. We don’t have much information to go off of with this listing, the key takeaway being the release date of December 7, 2016.

You can pre-order it now and it comes out on December 7th. I don't know if Shout is going to release Season 2, as it is not in the works yet, so I may purchase this and wait for Volume 2.
