OK I deleted it.

thanks!

I ended up the same way. I had a shot at the TRU MP-11 Screamer for $60, and I still passed.
MP-03 Walscream (that I got for $50) is the best painted MP ever and it's the reason I panel-line MPs like Wheeljack and Prowl. So that they match Walscream.
I much prefer the MP-11 mold, but I guess it's just not enough for an upgrade to make me jump.
(At least now that I popped an MP-11 cast head on it. The new head is essential, despite losing the smirk face)

Despite the awesome of this mold (and ignoring its tab issues), I just cant justify replacing my mp3 with it. The paintjob on the Hazbro US exclusive in jet mode is just too killer.
Plus the smirking head.

Great pictures @dante78! Screamer is an essential piece in the Masterpiece collection and these pictures do him justice.

anyone bought the reissued mp-10? How is the QC?
dante78
thanks! Regarding the torso, it's quiet hard to fix it in place, but once you have fix it, it'sturdy, more than my thundercracker and skywarp.
thanks!

Nice photos. It's really cool that people get another shot at these.

WOW…what a great group of pics! Looks like your Starscream is flawless, from the photos. Tell us: does the torso lock in like Thundercracker and Skywarp?
I'm also pleased today because I managed to snag one from AE's website…I've been checking multiple times a day, and this morning it paid off. It will be a while before I can see it, as I'll get it shipped with MP Sunstreaker in November, but…can't wait! It also seems to have the small details that the Hasbro version left out…stuff like the lights on the wing tips being green and red.
If the torso fix is in, and there's no obvious scratches, I'll be stoked. My MP Skywarp and Thundercracker are both unreal in terms of QC, they're just missing 'the boss'…and I won't mention the Coneheads here, because…well, I'm glad to have them, but QC wise, they dropped the ball (particularly on MP Thrust).
But The Big Three will soon be together at long last…what started with Starscream will END with Starscream

I must be the only one who cant stand the headsculpt they are using on the seekers.

some pics of my 2017 starscream
Canbot
Wow, that musta sucked! I guess it's off to Ami Ami for me, lol, but the AE tease was pretty sad while it lasted

I hope I can get one. Need mp10 to go with my mp cars

Don't worry, I just got my reissue and he's tight. Great QC all around, no more floppy waist issue. Too bad my box has a hole the size of a fist that ripped from the shipping box all the way to the plastic clamshell that either Japan Post or USPS did. Luckily that plastic clamshell kept Starscream safe. I just about had a heart attack when I saw my package.
Canbot
Yeah, Starscream was there for like a day, on backorder. Now he's gone. I'll try Ami Ami, but I'm still wary of getting one that has the same torso issue as my first MP11.

AE sometimes has older releases pop up as one-offs, what you're seeing is one of those one-off restocks that someone has purchased. I think until they've paid in full it stays listed as 'backorder', so occasionally it could go back into in-stock status, but that's quite rare. It'll disappear altogether soon.
All these 'only one' products are listed under the Specials section of AE's website.

Quick question for those who ordered from Anime Export:
What does their 'backorder' status mean? That they might be getting more product in? It's kinda cryptic on the website. I've seen this answered here before, but can't find it anymore. I see that the reissue Starscream is backordered. I'm not holding my breath, but does anybody know what that actually means, ie, does it mean it's actually pretty much gone? Thanks.
