For the Robot in Disguise fans out there looking for second wave of Deployer figures, the deployer set consisting of Crazybolt and Decepticon Hammer has been found on retail shelves in the United Kingdom. This quadrupede, which has been available mostly from online retailer so far, was sighted at various TK Maxx stores in the United Kingdom. Good luck on your hunt, TFW!

I missed this figure all together looks like a whale iguana chimera.

Yeah, I picked one up today (Passed on the ones I found in Leeds earlier, but decided to go for one I found in the Bradford store). It's a really fun figure. The only Deployer I had picked up prior was Fracture, and that was a flimsy mess with little play value.
The gimmick still isn't great, but it works much better here. While the figure feels solid in both modes, not cheap. The beast mode looks a little silly, but no more than say Sky-Lynx or even arguably some of the Titans Return stuff. Worth picking up for anyone collecting RiD Warriors. He likely won't see a release in that class, but the Deployer will go just fine with those figures.

It's actually a pretty good figure. Serviceable articulation on all four limbs in 'robot' mode, unlike the other Deployers, and the launcher is neatly contained inside the main body rather than hanging off it like a tumour.
Decent-sized and good-looking vehicle mode too. Plus you obviously get a MiniCon as well. Probably more worth the £12.99 TK Maxx asking price than previous RID Deployers. And maybe even some RID Warriors/Deluxe-sized too.
There are far worse things to buy in RID, even for a non-fan of the line. I think it's pretty cool as a standalone piece even if you never bought anything else from RID.
The colour scheme kinda reminds me of Clocker from the Cybertron line.
Blitz.
I seen one in Manchester a few days ago. it looked ok but new RiD is not my thing.

Okay, it seems I've missed that, my bad.

Nah, it was reported being found in TK Maxx stores in the UK Sightings thread several times in the last week.
Didn't that wave show up in ASDA earlier in the year? I'm pretty sure I bought Swelter from one of their branches around Easter time when they were (I think) £5 each. Very short-lived though. Like with so many UK TF releases now stuff nips out briefly and then vanishes never to be seen again.
TK Maxx does currently have wave one RID MiniCons though so fingers crossed for you that other old waves maybe turn up there too.

Now if only more stores could get that Mini-Con wave with Swelter now.

It was produced, Crazybolt was released at retail in Singapore, Australia, Canada and Russia, and possibly also Hong Kong.
It's been available online in the UK for a while now, but this is the first actual retail sighting I'm aware of.
As a matter of fact, it's also been stocked by US-based online retailers like Entertainment Earth, ToyWiz and BBCW Distributors.
Thelonicon
I wonder if we'll see him pop up in similar places in the US (unless he did and I missed it). That wave kind of vanished into oblivion unfortunately, and I had figured it was never actually produced.

View attachment 27634321 I found a couple of these at TK Maxx for £12.99. If the figure has been spotted here before, I apologize. Regardless, it's something for folks to keep an eye out for!
