We’ve got word that right on the heels of his UK debut, Combiner Wars Sky Lynx has made a belated debut at retail in Hungary. TFW2005 member BB Shockwave reports that he found the most modest of Autobots in Játéksziget (Toy Island) shop, following a cue from fellow member Chaoslock. It sounds like Sky Lynx is spreading across Europe after initially looking like he was going to bypass that part of the world.

Try again next time, and use the "Submit News Tip" link at the bottom of the page as well. I'll try to help too! US Europeans should stick together.

I tried to report a few times, but it never caught the staff attention and the threads quickly disappeared from page 1. We rarely get any good stuff, for instance we never even got Devastator. I think we did get some NuRiD toys (like Megatronus) well in advance of other countries, but I don't really pay attention to that line.
The last time I checked (about a month ago), our shops had most CW legends (from all waves), voyagers (Scattorshot and Onslaught, the rest sold out), and deluxes (some Protectobots, some Combaticons, some repainted Autobots).
BB Shockwave
I never see toy release reports here from your country, I am curious what you guys have (and for how much). Crazy stuff can get released in countries here, like how Slovakia got Devastator for 60 EUR for a while last winter…

Wow even Hungary got Sky Lynx.

Sky Lynx has been released in America, though apparently not in particularly large quantities.

Hopefully this will come out in America…

Hopefully, this will come to Serbia as well. We haven't seen any of the Titans Return figures, plenty of CW stuff on the shelves…
BB Shockwave
Yeah, I can confirm the packaging is the multilingual EU variant.
Still looking for another for my friend Pavol. Hope there are more. Distribution is crazy here – I couldn't find those Titan Masters I reported the last time anywhere else but ONE Tesco.
I blame Hasbro Europe for this, and yes, we already have TR Voyagers and Deluxes out – heck, we had Legends Wave 1 out way before the USA even. But it's all done in no logical order, and all over the place. I don't get the logic behind it, if there is any.

Oh yeah… thanks for the reminder, Nevermore! (Incidentally, you do an amazing job of tracking these things! )
So then why the major delay in release? It's hard to believe they sat on these units (there's no movie stock interfering the flow of Generations goods), so then they made a new production for Europe??? I say this because Europe has already received some TR toys, which presumably were manufactured AFTER Sky Lynx. Or maybe I'm wrong about Europe getting TR toys…
Maybe they'll "re"-release him in the States, too. But I doubt it. Just a fun figure most people never had an opportunity to find. Hopefully he finds his way into some sort of boxed set, down the line.

Considering Europe gets different packaging stock than the US, I'd say these units were always intended for a European release.
MartyFeeb
Actually, I was gonna say it pretty much bypassed all of USA!
It's incredible that they still have enough units to send to Europe… did they make more or did the majority never leave China/USA warehouses?
Sounds like another non-exclusive, Euro exclusive.
BB Shockwave
In a surprise appearance, way well into Titan's Return release here, CW Sky Lynx was spotted by Chaoslock in a Játéksziget (Toy Island) shop, for 12600 HUF (41 EUR).
Luckily he was still there when I went to buy him today.
Hopefully this means releases in other European countries like Germany or Slovakia aren't far behind!
