The next assortment of Robots in Disguise has now arrived at US retail. Robots in Disguise Warrior Wave 8 brings Autobot medic Ratchet into the line, along with two more Decepticons – Bisk and Scatterspike. The trio were spotted at a Walmart in Houston, Texas by TFW2005 member soundwavempl. Long time TFW2005 member Dirge121 also reports that this assortment has hit the Boise Walmart.
Soundwavempl has also shared the case assortment for this new wave – it’s good news for anyone wanting Bisk or Ratchet, though be warned, Scatterspike is a shortpack, and you might want to pick up Windblade too, since it looks like she is not carrying over right now. The assortment is as follows:
Autobot Ratchet X 2
Bisk X 2
Scatterspike X 1
Power Surge Optimus Prime X 1
Scorponok X 1
Autobot Drift X 1
Shark Jumper
Got mine today, and the wait was worth it. RID 2015 has come along way since wave 1.

Great, thanks. He's not a bad figure regardless, but not sure I need a re-colored version of this mold.
Personally I doubt we'll see any new RID figures before TF '17, but if we do and as long as we're throwing out names I'd prefer RID Kickback. That drag racer tho….
Autovolt 127
Good to see Bisk is now out.
Hopefully at NYCC they announce a Thermidor figure.

he does not have a new head

Is anyone who's found Scatterspike able to confirm that he has a new head for this mold? The packaging seems to indicate a new head, but the figure itself just seems to be a repaint.

I don't want Thunderhoof and Steeljaw to be recurring.
autobot1024
any floridians in the wesley chapel area see them in stores yet?
Gen. Magnus
I saw these three + Scorponok and Windblade. I opted to pick up Windblade, Ratchet, and Bisk. While they are all solid (though Ratchet will need a visit from Repro labels), Bisk is just as good if not better than I had hoped.
HARD RAINBOW
Just got the Windblade wave this week in my area. Gonna be some time before I see this wave.
Chainlink
Mmmm… Looks like it's time to start hunting again. Though I only just recently found the wave with Scorponok and Thunderhoof, so who knows when this wave will show up in my area. Really wanting to get Bisk and Ratchet!
Starscream 91
I'd hope so. I'd love to see Bisk, Thunderhoof, & Fracture show up in future fiction and toylines.
Jetbolt
Steeljaw sucks as a figure. The line has had far better Decepticon figures since that point.
Nevermore
People always think it "isn't news" when it is but repeatedly report stuff that's actually old news. That's not news.
Her bio from her Amazon listing also establishes her as female:
transform75
Even if she is a repaint, she is featured in the cartoon.
Anyone bought them and has pictures in hand? And, as Springload would say, is Scarterspike worthy?
SG Roadbuster
All of these positive comments about Bisk….kinda makes you wonder if he's gonna be one of those characters who "escapes" his show and joins further tf mythology, the way Lugnut, Bulkhead and Lockdown have.

Sadly , after only getting one Decepticon the first year of new RID , I gave up on them … just focussed on CW / UW … but now I`m thinking I made a mistake .

Though I have never even seen a full episode of RID (I don't get that channel-stupid non-syndication ), there are several figures in the line that I really like. Deluxe/Warrior Class Optimus Prime, the new WindBlade (which is far better than the CHUG version), the new StarScream, and now Ratchet. I won't pay e-tailer prices for them, nor will I hunt all over town for them, but if I see any of these in-store, I may very well end up buying them.
Since CHUG Ratchet was less than ideal, I've been hoping for a G1-ish Deluxe-sized substitute and this might do a little bit better than the TF: Prime version, which is my current favorite modern Ratchet. At some point, I'll just have to pay the price and buy myself the MP one, but I'd still want a good Deluxe-sized version anyway.
Are new RID figures as hard to find as Titan Returns ones?

Can anybody with Ratchet confirm just where, exactly, the cover for his truck bed goes in robot mode?
