Hello and welcome to another Transformers: The Last Knight news roundup. Nothing major was revealed in an official manner last week but that doesn’t stop people from England clicking away hundreds of picks from the London set of Transformers 5.
Speaking of which, our own 2005 Boards Member Russian Fan took a visit to the TF5 Set and she has lots of info to share with us. Some of the stuff she heard are actually spoilers. You’ll learn info on TRF, Hot Rod and more. Take a look at what she has to say over on his thread.
We finally have Sergeant Epps. News about the character was extremely quiet following the official announcement of Epps’ return. Actor Tyrese Gibson posted an image on his Official Facebook Fanpage showing a front page of a script which he is supposed to rehearse along with Mark Wahlberg.
Another official document may have been leaked from the set and it seemingly reveals next filming locations of the movie. Starting from Cuba (where Sqweeks was revealed) the production goes onto San Francisco, London (current), Paris, Avignon, Detroit and Los Angeles in that order.
Speaking of filming, guess where they filmed? Production in England continued at the Bamburgh Castle, Northumberland where the castle stood in for King Arthur’s Castle (Tintagel Castle?). Lots of explosions were seen (naturally). During the filming Mark Wahlberg was spotted with Sir Anthony Hopkins along with Hot Rod (Lamborghini Centenario LP770-4) and the mysterious McLaren 570S.
In addition to them, a Mo-Cap actor highly similar to the one spotted during the “Submarine Scene” was also seen interacting with Cade Yeager. Rumor has it that this is The Creator or a hologram of The Creator.
Freya, the lonely dog (not anymore!) is playing the role of the pet to Sir Anthony Hopkins character. It’s always true that Michael Bay keeps his promises.
Finally, we are treated to tons of images from London. Uncountable number of Facebook posts, Twitter tweets and Instagram images provided more than enough look at the filming there (I kid. Bring it on!). You can check them out right here, thanks to our wonderful members.
