We’ve got a tip from TFW2005 member BB Shockwave that the second assortment of Robots in Disguise Titan Guardians have been released in Hungary. Standing roughly six inches tall, these figures do not transform and feature limited articulation, but do have a lower pricepoint to reflect this. This second assortment has yet to be seen at retail in any other country to our knowledge, and features Strongarm and Grimlock, along with Bumblebee and Sideswipe, who are holdovers from the first wave.

I don't either.
Yup that sums it up perfectly.

I can't fathom people buying these but they keep making them….

I get that these are aimed at children and not collectors, but I still can't fathom why the Marvel Titan figures painted better, often with more than two or three colours, with more detailed paint apps, but the Transformers Titans get just a splodge here and there.

Neat, thanks for frontpaging this SolFury.

Ah thanks, did not know. Never even heard of these before. They look terrible, honestly. They couldn't even be bothered to paint Grimlock's helmet black.
Tried to change the topic title but it seems it doesn't work.
EDIT: Chaoslock informed me they cost around 10.6$

Oh god that's just great, more of this shelfwarming.
Nevermore
Titan Guardians is what they're called.
Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Optimus Prime and Steeljaw (wave 1) have been released at US retail last year.
Grimlock and Strongarm (the wave 2 figures) have not had any reported retail sightings from anywhere in the world yet, though they're in stock at several Brazilian online retailers.
Someone in the US also mistakenly got sent Grimlock from an Amazon FBA seller instead of the Warrior Class figure a few months ago.

RID Titans Guardian Wave 2 released in Hungary
I have no better way to call these, as their packaging does not show any class size description, bio, or anything, save for their names and the RID Logo.
BB, Grimlock, Strongarm and Sideswipe are approximately Warriors toy sized, and seemingly only feature arm articulation. As my friend Chaoslock who told me he saw them in Regio toystores said, he was reminded of Action Masters – just with worse articulation.
I vaguely remember these being shown at Toyfair or SDCC, but as non-transforming toys I don't recall details.
Oddly, could not find any prices for these, either.
