TFNation 2016 is just three weeks away, and with the convention rapidly approaching TFNation have shared the schedule for TFNation 2016! The weekend of Transformers fun is set to include screenings of both the 1986 Transformers the Movie and that other 80s animated robots movie that co-starred the Rock Lords. The weekend will also include a celebration of ten years of IDW Transformers comics, panels on comic writing with Simon Furman, John-Paul Bove and James Roberts, and on voice acting with Richard Newman and Paul Eiding. There will also be a presentation on toy design with Emiliano Santalucia, a cosplay contest and a script reading, and even a presentation on upcoming releases from two third party companies.

TFNation 2016 will be taking place over the weekend of 19 – 21 August, 2016, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel in Birmingham, England. Guests will include voice actors Richard Newman (Beast Wars Rhinox), Paul Eiding (Generation 1 Perceptor), artists Hayato Sakamoto, Kei Zama, Alex Milne, Guido Guidi, John-Paul Bove, Emiliano Santalucia, Geoff Senior, and Nick Roche, James Roberts, Simon Furman and Jim Sorenson. This is TFN's first year but the timing is to coincide with holidays. I get that it can be awkward but it allows people who are still at school/ college/ university to attend without interrupting anything.
Its a real shame you can't make it. Maybe next year.
