The Transformers Collectors Club has sent out an email to advise that preorders for the Transformers Figure Subscription Service 5.0 is now open! These figures are made to order, so you have between now and May 26 2016 to sign up for this series – and in addition, you need to be a member of the Transformers Collectors Club. If you’re not a member – unfortunately, that ship has now sailed, as they stopped accepting new members back in March. Head on over to the Figure Subscription Service order page to find out more about the toys in this series of the subscription service and to place your order.
The Transformers Figure Subscription Service 5.0 is made up of seven figures – the six previously announced, and a seventh bonus figure. The six known members of the set (technically seven, but the two pack is counted as one) are: Double Pretender Optimus Prime, Double Pretender Megatron, Lifeline the Paradron Medic with Quickslinger, Fractyl & Scorponok two pack, Toxitron, and Counterpunch. The seventh bonus figure will be a mystery until it arrives in-hand, but what we know from this message is that your bonus figure for this set will be a Deluxe class toy and feature a headsculpt not yet released at US retail – which could mean an alternate head Hasbro designed but did not release (like what we saw with Botcon 2016’s customizing class Ratchet) or it could be an alternate head Takara designed for the Japanese market which has not found its way to the US yet (like Unite Warriors Thrust or Starscream).
Read on for the full text of the message sent out to all TCC members! There’s also some new images of the six known toys in the series which we’ve attached to this post for you.
The Transformers Figure Subscription Service (TFSS) 5.0 order period is now open. As of now, the TFSS is only open to active Transformers Collectors’ Club members. In the next few weeks we will be offering an option for ANY past member of the Club to order the TFSS 5.0 as well. Stay tuned to TransformersClub.com for information on when that is available.
In the meantime, if you are an active member you can order your TFSS 5.0 now. Please note, there is no limit on the number of subscriptions you can purchase as the TFSS is built to order.
The order period will run until midnight May 26, 2016. In addition, please ignore the Join link on the log in page. It has been disabled.
You can either pay in full or by installment. Also, everyone that completes the full TFSS will also receive a BONUS 7th deluxe figure! This bonus 7th deluxe figure features a head sculpt not yet released at U.S. retail.
Thank you for your support and we hope you are as excited as we are about the TFSS 5.0!

Lumpy
I'll be selling the second one, if anyone's interested.

I thought so. Man, my memory is getting to be awful! Thanks. Also, thanks everyone for using spoiler tags. Now to avoid the thread until mine come in.
Grimlockimus
Ahh thanks for the heads up. Most of the time I just go off of tracking numbers so I forgot all about My USPS. Which is weird because I signed up for it ages ago and never really used it. Anyways looks like my package will be here tomorrow!

I almost never receive an email. Their emails also often end up in my junk folder when I do receive them. Mostly, if I check USPS dashboard I will see something from them. They ship from Azle, TX. Though admittedly I hadn't been checking the past few weeks so I just had the surprise of a knock on my door with a package on the mat! So exciting.
Looking at the dashboard, the label was printed on the 16th and shipped out yesterday afternoon. I am in the same metroplex so I receive mine the next day after shipping. I would go to USPS.com, click on MY USPS under the TRACK&MANAGE drop down, then go to dashboard (it is a sign up service). That will be your most accurate accounting of the status of your package once the label is printed.

Everyone that can (shout out to @G.B. Blackrock and his untrackable address) is tracking them through My.USPS. It tracks inbound packages to your address (provided it's available)
Fractyl's head is an FP one, as well – but it's re-used from Terrorsaur so the OP one is the only new on in the batch
Grimlockimus
So stupid question here, did you receive an email saying the first batch shipped or is there something on the TFSS account page that I'm missing that tells you your order status?
PoweredConvoy
Pretender Optimus has a new head yes. Fun Pub financed that one. Pete showed it off in one of those podcasts (since they commissioned its creation).

Thanks for the correction then. So there's one FP head (OP) this batch then? That's outside the norm. Wonder if that was an intended reuse for Swerve too.

That's like the most unlikely guess I'd have made (Lifeline + CP would have been the last possible guess I'd have made). Seems like we'll be getting big boxes in April and May. I'm also now thinking we'll both pretenders packed together . . .
PoweredConvoy
First figures arriving are reportedly
PoweredConvoy
Nope, that's not the case. It's the alternate head for Motormaster like Battle Core Optimus is for the normal blue and red version. They said as much at the convention.
That's what their intention was. I helped them test if the Optimus Maximus head would fit on the Menasor peg.
SeiberBirdR
Good idea. I posted all of the spoilers in a new thread in a second post (I screwed that up once before) but the information always migrates. Have fun with the figures when they arrive!
Thundershot
Time to stop reading these threads… I like surprises…
SeiberBirdR
Thundershot
Well, that's the head that's used in the comic art, at least…
T-Hybrid
Is it confirmed that Wreckage will use the Ultra Prime/Maximus head? Because it's on the Motormaster body…so that'd be an odd flip.

I'm fairly certain they said at Botcon it wasn't. I'm just going off of my, sometimes fuzzy, memory of the panel.
PoweredConvoy
Toxitron is a pre-existing Hasbro / Takara head, not a Fun Pub head.
Like Silverbolt and Scattershot, there is a Starscream / Seeker head for Cyclonus.
PoweredConvoy
They haven't used Inferno Hotspot, Demolisher Onslaught, and all those others if you count the one
Those are indeed the extra heads for those two Voyagers.
