A small item to report for you, now – the Combiner Wars 2016 Deluxe Wave 2 / Deluxe Wave 6 revision case has begun to arrive in stores in the US. This assortment does not add any new toys into the mix – instead, it adds the Combaticons back into the circulation, so if you missed them the first time they were on the pegs, you’ve got a second chance at snagging them for your collection. The full content of this revision case is as follows:
1x VORTEX
2x DECEPTICON BRAWL
2x SWINDLE
1x BLAST OFF
1x WHEELJACK
1x SMOKESCREEN
The assortment was spotted at the Eagan Target in Minnesota by TFW2005 member Spiff-O-Matic, and we’re told the area has long since sold through the original Combaticon case assortment – so their presence on shelves again now, along with Wheeljack and Smokescreen, points to this revision case arriving in stores.

I hope I get them this time.

Saw this at Wal-Mart today, with a case of new Legends with Wreck-Gar, plus Voyagers and Leaders and the pegs of RID Warriors and Deployers full. It was the most I've seen at a Wal-Mart for Transformers since like Transformers Prime was a thing.

I don't really give a damn about the IDW story, I just like all the deluxes in a given line to have the same type of packaging. Plus the bio sheets on the back of the issues are pretty interesting (I know the ones for the wave 1 Aeriablots – Alpha Bravo, Fireflight, Skydive, and Drag Strip – are archived on this site somewhere since those issues apparently were given away in Taiwan or somewhere). Anyhow, at eight deluxes fitting into a case and four needed to fit a torso, you could provide retail with two teams per case (assuming voyager torsos are also available),

Legends here in my country easily turn into shelfwarmers, as do Voyagers.
Usually the Deluxes fly and the few bigger ones do as well since there are but a few. If lucky maybe 1 leader is left
I find the distribution in the entire world by hasbro is lacking lately.
I remember when the first movie was out loads of toys were in stores and readily available.
Availability is key to selling them in my opinion. Kids want to complete their sets, get the figures. Not be disappointed that after they get one the rest is gone a week later.

I still have not seen Sky Lynx/ Wreck-Gar in stores. Glad i went the online route. This is typical though; the last wave is always hard to find in physical stores since they are trying to sell off the old stock in anticipation of the next toy line being released. Stores know when Titans Return will be shipping, so orders for CW will be slowing down.

The comics that would have been included with the Aerialbots were done with different covers and released with the Combaticons, so you still get the full story.

My Walmarts are shelfwarming these pretty hard now. Haven't seen them at Target yet. One even had a top shelf with at least 2 cases worth. Pretty easy to spot as the Combaticon wave has been long gone so if you see Blast Off and/or Vortex in the mix, it's pretty likely they're getting the case revision now instead of the original Wave 6.
Sky Lynx still hard enough to find at local retail. With the popularity of the figure and the last wave it makes it especially hard.
Geez, didn't this happen with Generations Arcee towards the end of 2014?

If I knew this was not reported, I would have said something a week ago.

It will be interesting to see if these Brawls have solid waists (like General Ramhorn) or standard ones. It will shed a great deal of insight on the status of UW Brawl and CW Nosecone

Yep, this is the most recent restock at my Wally world also, no voyagers or leaders though.

I work at Wal=Mart Supercenter #4256 in Ames, Iowa.
We just got ithis revised case in last week and we are overloaded with Scattershot, Onslaught, & all 4 Legends. (Pipes, Buzzsaw, etc.)

If they have Smokescreen on BBTS or TFSource by himself, I'm game.

This revision wave is only the Deluxes. Sky Lynx/Onslaught are still pegged to be the Wave 6 voyagers and there is no revision of those currently on the docket.

Still looking for Sky Lynx! What the douche Hasbro.

It's not as big of news because there's no new figures. But for people who are looking for the Combaticons (or people still hunting Sky Reign limbs at stores) it'd be handy to know the waves are changing.
People who want Swindle or Brawl will now be able to find them again…but those seeking Hound and Trailbreaker may be out of luck.

yeah, my walmart sold this batch last week…..i didn't think it was news
