Hasbro have sent us images of the newest assortment of Robots in Disguise Mini-Cons to be revealed today at Botcon. On show here are the cool new Mini-Cons who drop the Deployer gimmick in favor of being Targetmasters – and they retain the clip-on armor which now works in both robot and weapon form, meaning the weapons can be further powered up! Check out images of the following:
- Windstrike
- Sawtooth
- Lancelon
- Dragonus

I'm seeing pictures of the Strongarm/Sawtooth set, does Sawtooth come with clear "armor" that can also let one use him as a 2 handed weapon? I'm thinking Lancelon would be better if he had similar parts to make him look more like a lance. Still looking good, though, and i might have to get 2 Lord Doomtrons

These look AWESOME!!!
I love these new mini-cons over the deployers of yore.
In fact I hated all of the deployers, because they didn't appeal to me. I am very grateful that the deployers sold well enough so as to move the mini-con line into something I'm much more into like these new targetmaster-esque mini-cons.

Guys, you don't understand, this is bringing Arms Micron into the western market! I mean, yeah, there are significant differences between the two, but Hasbro is finally tapping into the sold-separately accessory desires previously dominated by third-parties.
Having it under the guise of Minicons is freaking GENIUS, IMO, because it somewhat justifies how these things are sold stand-alone. Who would buy a sword for transformers off a toy shelf if it was just a sword? Only the hardcore fans who already have tons of other TFs. But anyone would buy a minicon, especially now with their fist-hole compatibility, and I don't care how dirty that sounds.

Well, Dragons looks boss.
QLRformer
Lancelon and Windstrike look nice.
Autovolt 127
They're ok but nothing special.

Big fan of these Weapon Minicons.
Targetmasters live on.

I need all of these. Dragonus especially looks great. Not sure why they didn't pick a new name for him considering how he's completely different from the original, but great.
HARD RAINBOW
Well, they could do it something like the Bulkhead Capsule Arms Microns.
That was a fun toy.

I think it would be cool if Hasbro were to release feet/guns for Combiner Wars toys that also transformed into a tiny figure. Obviously fists couldn't be done because the fingers and hinge would prevent a transformation.
HARD RAINBOW
I'm so glad they did this. Weapon mini-cons are freckin' cool.
Paxtin
I like how solid Dragonus' gun mode looks. He also aesthetically looks like you could easily fit him into any other TF line.
Dinodigger97
I really like the the looks of Mechadragonus and Sawtooth.
RMStunticon
Dragonus looks like a hand-foot gun.
Cool.
