After weeks of various teases, Starscream韋 on Weibo has provided us with our first, full look at the upcoming Combiner Wars Computron figure!
This appears to be stock photography taken directly from the back of the packaging itself, and is by far the best look we’ve gotten at the figure to date. All the various changes to previous Combiner Wars molds, mold-wise and color-wise, are put on full display here, along with his brand new hands and feet – the latter of which featuring the much-desired ankle tilts. We also get another glimpse at Legends Scrounge in his vehicle mode attached to Computron’s shoulder.
Check it out after the jump, and let us know your thoughts in the discussion thread!

I'll be buying both so I will swap out if the colors match.

Oddly enough I can kinda see why Hasbro didn't bother retooling the head and chest. Aside from the mouthplate they're not all that different from Superion. Granted I do prefer those details over the new hands and feet.

DaimChoc scares me…

Just pre-ordered my UW Computron.

Third. I love the CW stuff. Love it. I haven't been this interested in official product for years. Not all the Legends guys are winners but for the most part the line is a success. IMO, anyway. My only real complaint is the lack of mold variety.
Ayleron
Seconded
MatrixOfWumbo
Not sure how you figure. Number of steps? Color palette? Articulation? I would have to disagree with any of those.

Why is it that most of the official offerings of late are only a couple of steps away from Happy Meal transformers?
Bob Schoonover
I meant the official street date that BBTS, et al observe. But yeah, I'm sure we'll see Computron in-hand in June

For what it's worth, i had my G2 Menasor in hand by beginning-mid February. I didn't get it out of china, i actually go it from sone toy store (I forget what the online store was). Hopefully that carries over for bruticus, Victorion, and Computron

I think that was the schedule we saw a couple months ago. It would not surprise me at all, though, if the order had been changed since it leaked. I think someone at Hasbro has to have considered releasing Victorion during or right before SDCC (they get released on the 15th, it appears, and SDCC is the following week in July). She's easily the most appropriate release to hype at SDCC (fan built, first female combiner, the rumored convention set with Windblade, last year's set being the Combiner Hunters). G2 Bruticus and Computron are less interesting in a broad commercial sense.

Thanks for the HFG pointers for Bruticus. I don't have him yet, so I had no idea it was possible. Might be interesting to see how a 3rd party foot looks like on UW Bruticus while keeping the color coded HFG.

Ha, I never knew what that flip up thing on his turret was for either. That explains both.
GiganGoji
For Brawl, at least, it's so you can position his HFG like his G1 weapon:
Thundershot
They seem to be every other month, so may would be right. Then G2 Bruticus in July and Computron in Sept.
T-Hybrid
I keep hearing May, but I thought Victorion was the scheduled box set after G2 Menasor.
MatrixOfWumbo
I've heard between May and August. It doesn't help that we don't really know when Titans Return Wave 1 is out, and if we're supposed to expect this Combiner Wars Box to be out before or after that first wave.
Robogeek28
Not soon enough.

Do we have an idea of when this comes out?
