After only recently learning that new versions of Boulder and Medix were on the cards for the Rescue Bots line, word reaches us that the pair have already arrived at US retail. TFW2005 member nstanosheck reports that Medix and Boulder were chilling on the pegs at Toys’R’Us in Irving, Texas.
According to nstanosheck, Medix’s transformation is similar to her original toy – perhaps even a little more complex. They’ve provided us with some in-hand images of the toy in package to give a decent look at this new Rescue Bot. Check them out attached to this post.

Those after market prices are BS. Similar ones are on eBay, not a single one has sold for that price though.
Just a bunch of chancers who'll be stuck with their stock for a good while…

Thanks to whoever fixed that for me!

Yeah, very movie Ratchet like, but that's okay, guess that had plenty of those colors lying about.
Happy to see more Rescue Bots period!
Nice find!

I just realized my autocorrect on my phone changed Medix to Medical in the subject of this post. Sorry about that! Can one of the admins change this please?

I agree completely. The originals are so much more durable. I have had a Rescue Bot Bumblebee since my 5 1/2 year old was 1 1/2 and he's played with it almost daily, as has his almost 3 year old brother. Still works fine. The rescan Blades we got broke in one day.

Those after market prices are unbelievable. And Medix and Hoist were both WAY higher before they were re-released. Most of the "Energize" variants of the original molds are still available (for the new "regular" price of $14.99). They really are much better quality than the newer, smaller variants – glad I was able to pick up all 8 of those in some form or other for my daughter at good prices (she's now almost 4 and has been enjoying her Rescue Bots since her 2nd bday). I paid: $7.99 each for Optimus Prime, Bumblebee (1st series); $3.99 each for Boulder and Blades (Energize; on clearance at Target); $14.99 each for Medix and Hoist (when they re-released early 2015); and $7.99 each for Chase and Heatwave (Energize, holiday sale at Amazon).
The newer ones are arguably more screen accurate, but toddlers don't notice those details really. I'd take durability over screen accuracy for this line any day.

I wonder if the original figure will see a price spike like the other Rescue Bots did when new version came out?
Right now the original Medix figure is on sale for only $9 at Amazon.com: Transformers Rescue Bots Playskool Heroes Medix The Doc-Bot Figure: Toys & Games
While the original Rescue Bots figures are really high:
But then again, Hoist has not had a new mold and he is still a bit high at $35, but not mearly as high as those who have new molds and rescans: Amazon.com: Transformers Rescue Bots Playskool Heroes Hoist the Tow-Bot Figure: Toys & Games

This Medix seems to take more than a few visual cues from Ratchet, down to the color scheme being a mix of G1-ish and Movie-ish colors.

Yeah I wish they did too.

Possible, or the Heatwave that was teased for the assortment was in fact a repack of the Fireboat. We know a Heatwave was coming with Medix and Boulder, though it wasn't ever made clear which.
In any event, good find!
nstanosheck
Nope, the must be the next wave. It was still Fireboat Heatwave on the pegs along with the newer Bumblebee and Optimus Prime Rescue Bots.
Sol Fury
Nice! Any sign of a Heatwave on the pegs?

*tilts head to look at it* Huh…I wish the toys came with bios…wonder why they don't…

Found these boys (no hint that Medix is a girl) at Toys'R'Us in Irving, Texas, USA. Medix' transformation is close to the old figure but a little more complicated actually! Are different, but the vehicle mode looks the same. She or he has ports for minicons, as does Boulder. See attached photos.
