I could see a Transformers spin off movie with the Wreckers that was something like The Seven Samurai. It's the sort of story that can be moved around to different film genres and eras so there isn't any good reason why a Transformers Seven Samurai story couldn't work.
I wonder if something action comedy could work as well to get away fomr the tone of the main films? I think if they are going to spin off then the spin off films need to feel a bit different.

In the Transformers Spin Off movie that I just thought of with all the characters we like and it can even include the g1 genarstions entire theme in the movie in some parts, the g1 80s music the g1 transformers versus the present bayformers.
There are two movies that you sort of give you a vivid image of what I'm talking about. First there is movie that recently came out called Turbo Kid. It's a past/80s/future retro movie but not really a spin off.
And second there is a movie that I was searching for the name but it's a extreme spin off 80s back in time to the future movie with A cop that fights robots and teams up with a intelligent t-Rex and a giant man like Zeus and a machine gun equipment hot chick, extreme cgi.
Transformers Special Edition
I'm a Genius for coming up with this
EagleTron
Good idea, I was thinking about something like that but with the security guard character in that night at the Museum he did.
And look, we can have a lot of the characters and stars that we think would be good in the next transformers movie, let them just make it a
Transformers Spin off movie.
yeah, just everything and anything happens, like the movies 300 spin off, and recently Yakuza Apocalypse movie that has a darker side.
I'm talking transformers and human gore and comedy.

If we are going to steal a character from another movie then we need Ben Stiller's Zoolander teamed up with Knockout from Transformers Prime.
EagleTron
Speaking of alternative human stars of the movie.
If they had
Adam Sandler in the movie to play his famous You don't mess with a Zohon character then that would be Awesome.
Autovolt 127
I kinda like this idea. He'd be the perfect blend of goofy and insanity for these movies.
CKPRIME
I could get behind this.
Crockett
Yeah, I won't give any time to the next movie. The last one was a fiasco.
I'm out until unless some type of classic reboot takes place.

As Doctor Arkeville. We have the Witwickys, we have Carly, and we have Not-Shawn Berger. So let's give Will Ferrell the role of the Mad Doctor.
Moy
Will Ferrell would be a good addition.

"True Fan" Hmmm never heard this before and come to think of it if their is such a thing as a "True Fan" wouldn't they have the movies as well.
Hell, even though I hate the movies it's still transformers and I even have them all on Blu-ray and DVD because that's what a true fan would do right have the good with the bad right,(except for kiss players I'll never own that as long as live).
Mark Wahlberg's character was probably the only thing I like about AOE and that's not really saying much.

To be honest I've heard the "true fan" crap so many times it's all just white noise that I ignore. Lost count of the number of times I wasn't a "true fan" because I collected CHUG instead of Masterpiece, because I loved Transformers Animated, didn't want them to do another Beast Wars series, or some other sin in the eyes of another fan.
By the crazy "true fan" standard I don't think there is a single "true fan" on the entire TFW2005 board because it's always damned if you do damned if you don't.
Plenty of people I don't agree with here and even a few that almost seem to have a personal vendetta against me, but they aren't more or less of a fan than I am. "True fan" almost seems like that Hitler rule about internet message boards.

Things can be very confusing sometimes when pipe dreams are out there.
But in my Darth Vader voice: Luke, I am your father.
Just joking.
EagleTron
I agree, It's good that Cade is back. It could have been Toby McGuire from spiderman.
But I called out first dibs on his daughter
KnightHawkke
If the Cade character was a "real Texan" the pedoguy would have been in ground long before that joke would even have came up cause Cade would have known.. he would have known..
Sylent
I laughed out loud when I read this.

Again, I don't mind people hating the movies and saying so. Problem happens when they cross the line into hating on fans of the movies just for being fans of it. In this thread alone we have at least 2 people stating that movieverse fans are not true TF fans. That's crap.
And I'm a lifelong fan of the worst team in the NHL (which is also the richest team in the NHL) so I know faaarrrrrr to much about shitty sports teams and being in their fandoms. Us Leafs fans want coaches fired daily and players traded by the hour, yet year after year we stink so bad we've only made the playoffs once in the last decade, in a sport where half the teams in the league make the playoffs in a season.
Ash from Carolina
I get the strange feeling we don't have many sports fans around here.
Hang around sports fans and it's we need to get rid of the coach, our QB is messing up the play calls at the line, the wide receiver must have put butter on his gloves before the game. It's complaining all the time about the team the sports fan follows.
With football fans winning 9 of the 16 regular season games isn't enough. Heck winning the division isn't enough. Winning the Superbowl is what every NFL fan dreams of and anything short of winning the big game makes fans fuss and complain.
Complaining about something people have some sort of passion for doesn't seem that strange. The idea that people shouldn't ever complain and that fans should be all happy when they don't get what they want is the weird concept. Ha ha if people get this upset when it's not all praise about the Transformers movies I don't think folks could survive being a fan of some sport teams.

What in God's name are any of you talking about?
You made a post calling yourself the "Dark Side in the flesh", you are in no position to start talking about the shit-posting of others.
