Apple’s iTunes has updated with a three page preview of the next issue of More than Meets the Eye! More than Meets the Eye is due on the 23rd of December, and promises to feature the return of an apparently dead ally! The preview also promises to delve into the backstory of one of the more enigmatic crew members – Skids! For those fearing spoilers, there’s no hint at a resolution to the shocking ending of More than Meets the Eye 47 – though we’re sure that last page will get addressed. For now, check out the preview to get ready for the next installment of this great series!
Brave Magnus
The bomb guy is just creepy and sad. Damn, this seems like a heavy issue.

Notice how Skids was last to be captured, but the first to be "fitted." For me, this signals more "forced service stuff," because if the people who are behind you go in first, and the 'Cons always add people to the back, that encourages the people in line to look for other Autobots the Decepticons can capture, and let the Decepticons know about them, to delay their own entry into the prison.

Happy to see Stalker in this issue! Looks good!

No, Quark was white. It's not lighting either when we see the same bot outside in the panel above, and he's still yellow. It's not the exact same body or head, either–far from it. Quark's design looks completely different from this guy, who doesn't have any of his microscope kibble or the indent in his head.
Insane Galvatron
I struck it up to innacurate comic coloring, or the lighting in the room. Quark was a tan-ish color, was he not? That bot in that image has the exact same body and head.
Sockie
You're thinking of the right guy, but Quark wasn't yellow. So that's not him behind Skids.
Insane Galvatron
In fact, you can see Quark right behind Skids on the last page of the preview. That is if Quark was the scientist guy Brainstorm was trying to save. Not sure I'm remembering the right name.
Autovolt 127
Oh man this issue is going to be brutal and nasty.
Cameos….Cameos Everywhere!
I'd be more shocked if we didn't.
WilyMech
Poor Skids. Perhaps we get some info how Skids really meets Getaway….I have a bad feeling this is going be as rough as Garrus 9
Sockie
There's as much proof of that as it actually being Glit who died. Or that he was actually dead to begin with.
G1 Warpath
But Hot Shot had an identical figure in the Henkei! Henkei! line called "Hot Rod". Probably Hot Rod who died.
Nocturne
Kinda makes me dread that what they're doing to Skids might be worse…
Randomus
Probably Glit. Besides the classic "Ravage missiles", he has what appears to be a blue version of the cross symbol that a lot of the Autobot medics have been wearing from time to time.
The Madness
I wonder if we'll come across Roller in Grindcore? It'd be a nice tie-in, if he is indeed Tarn.
looks to be a good issue.
Fallout
they built a guy into a bomb. that's beyond terrifying…
Hooper_X
assuming that's Glit, and assuming he's at all beholden to the tech-spec bio (because Roberts has TOTALLY written Tailgate, Cyclonus, Spinister, etc. according to their filecards), he can be a compassionate doctor and work in a brutal craphole.
I just don't necessarily see him as having to adhere closely to the filecard. A sadistic asshole would be unusual, but this is the same writer who took Tailgate from "lol he thinks traffic lights are alive so silly" to, well, Tailgate.
Sockie
Are you talking about the Drift mini? Because that was never said at all to be Glit (and wasn't in fact even intended to be him), and I don't think anyone would complain about them ignoring a dead background character. Heck, that same issue showed Hot Shot as dead… and yet he's a living Camien.
G1 Warpath
It could be Pounce, since Glit was killed a while back, and Pounce's only appearance in IDW to my memory is "All His Engines".
SPLIT LIP
Heh, Bomb Negotiator. Only in Transformers.
Abrogate
that's what I thought too. unusual to see a Botcon toy in a mainline comic, I'm guessing it was the first resource Sakamoto saw for the character and went with it.
also nice to see Skyquake again. him being unceremoniously killed off before we got to see any villain merit out of him was the one thing that annoyed me in LSOTW, so hooray for flashbacks
