Thanks to preorder listings by Hobby Link Japan and Amazon, we’ve received some initial information of the next Transformers Generations 2015 book. For those not familiar, Transformers Generations is a Japanese exclusive book published to show off the current year’s toy line, along with behind the scenes material such as sketches, interviews, etc.
The release date for this book is slated for November 20, 2015. Unfortunately we do not have information yet on what toy lines are covered or if it will come with an offer for exclusive figure, which has been offered in the past (such as United Stepper).
Stay tuned for more updates as they come in.

Got all excited when I saw fire convoy there.

Can't wait. I still see the Masterpiece Guide sometimes at the bookstore, so hopefully this won't be hard to find.

Yup, would love them. Something BW through to RID and a Unicron Trilogy book would be great.
Unicron trilogy is 1/3 covered by the Micron Legend book but the other two series never got one 🙁

Ah. Cool. I have all of the books, too. They need to do a Beast era book and a Unicron trilogy book and they'd be mostly caught up.

Crap! I need to check my Generations deluxe edition. If they're covering CRID, what lines are we missing? Some of the other lines are scattered in the other volumes..

Guido is probably the most fundamental TF artist working today. His base style is amazingly perfect, but he is also able to emulate other classic styles like nobody's business. He's fantastic and I'm glad he's gotten all the work he has since jumping from fan to employee.

I cosign on all of that. I don't know why they never have. And yes to a Unicron trilogy book, too.
But in the meantime, they should keep that first book in print, too.

Any words yet on the figure that one could purchase with the mail-in coupon?

I love Guido's own style AND when he's mimicking the original 'toon style. The fact that he's able to do both is a testament to his skills as an artist.
But I do wish that Nick Roche would revert back to the style he used before he got signed, when he was only doing fan-fic. I can't even find that stuff anymore, and to me it was everything I loved about Senior's art plus one.

But which current mould?

What's really needed is a BW/BWII/BW NEO/BM/CR/RID toy book and another for the Unicron trilogy in the style of the original Generations. Both undercovered by Japanese books. I've got the similar Micron Legend book here but there's not one for Superlink or Galaxy Force.

Bought. But like everyone else i want to see if there will be an exclusive figure…
Thundershot
Yup. I have an original deluxe edition and the reprint from last year.
