Local Australian electronics retailer, JB Hi-Fi continues to provide our Australian fans with DVD after DVD as they now have in-stock the 30 Years of Megatron DVD. Like the DVDs released back in March for Optimus and Bumblebee, this one features a look back at all the incarnations of the sinister Decepticon leader we’ve come to know and love over the last 30 years. For some fans, this may be a nice trip down memory lane; for newer fans this may be an important history lesson for you.
As far as we know this DVD isn’t available at US retailers, but JB Hi-Fi has it for sale at $12.98. The DVD has a total run-time of 125 minutes and is rated PG.

Oops, I forgot to note that in my post as well.
I've added it in case anyone is reading all the posts and didn't realize it.
kirby1up
yeah kinda sad to see they didn't use "Alpha; Omega" as the transformers prime ep because that was a really good megatron ep
what eps did they stick in from energon and trasnformers prime anyways?
Chronix
Does nobody notice that Energon Megatron there is using the CW Silverbolt mold?
Upcoming toy maybe?

You may want to mention that it is a region 4 DVD, so you need a DVD player that can handle that.
soundwaverulls
True on both accounts. If I had known these hadn't been reported yet, I could've gotten my first news credit. I've been here nearly five years and don't have one.

Products at that online store ship internationally, and the bonus to American fans is that the prices are in AU$, which means it is a lot cheaper in US$.
But only if you can play Region 4 PAL DVDs though.

The episodes should've been a G1 episode, Beast Wars' Master Blaster (which had both Megatrons), an Animated episode (probably Megatron Rising Part 1) and a Unicron Trilogy episode.

Acutally, BW Megs chose the name but I get where you're coming from.
BW Megatron always stands out as the top of my fave Megatrons list (second place goes to Prime and Animated Megatron) if only because he's the first Megatron I was introduced to. Suave, arrogant in his own right, and actually uses treachery to his own advantage instead of just bitch slapping the guilty party (okay, he literally only did that once ). What more could you want?

Mercutio
Sure he is. He's a different character, but he was named after his predecessor. He's even in the same continuity as G1, unlike Animated, Armada, Prime, etc.
Don't be dissing BW Megs, man; he was a great villain from an awesome show.
GreednGluttony
So no armada? well at least there's energon a version of armada megs in it
And yeah, animated Megatron should of been In this, and should Cybertron .Megatron
Also, bw Megatron isn't even a "true" Megatron
Mercutio
Yeah, I would've gone G1, Beast Wars, Animated and Prime.
Include the Beast Wars episode where he tries to change history by killing Optimus Prime, and the Prime ones where he and Optimus team up against Unicron. Those were good.
Edit: found the Beast Wars one I was thinking of. (Spoilers, obviously.) I remember thinking it was pretty cool at the time (like 17 years ago; ugh):

Should've been G1, BW, and TFA Megatrons.
You know, the GOOD ones.
Starscream Gaga
Yeah, I've seen this in store for quite a while.
Terrible fucking episode choice. 2 G1, 2 Prime and an Energon. Its less "30 Years of Megatron" and more "30 Years of the worst Megatrons". The only episodes worth watching are the "Megatron's Master Plan" 2-Parter.
Mizzinno
HA! In your face BW fans!
*Cough* I mean, yes that is weird…
Horzzo
This is something I would/will buy!
Autovolt 127
I'm surprised Energon Megatron is on the cover…should have been Beast Wars instead IMO.

I was searching JB Hi-Fi when I stumbled upon this.
Goes along with the 30 Years of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee back in March.
