Apple’s iBooks has updated with a brief three-page preview of the next new issue of Transformers. Issue 44 of the title we all still catch ourselves thinking of as Robots in Disguise is an issue which focuses on Needlenose, as he sets out to try to find his way in the new world post-Combiner Wars, and we get some exploration into his backstory.
Check out the preview to get fired up for this new issue! We can’t wait to check it out!

That is so true.
I think the clash of cultures could be great.

If all TFs were up to scale with their vehicle modes then all jetformers would be giants.
But I can't recall Brawl being that huge. I think he should be average-sized but very broad in shoulders and very stocky.
But it will be interesting to see how Camiens can cope with Cybertronian political "folklore". On Caminus a Prime is something sacred and venerable, but on Cybertron for many 'Cons and NAILs this title is just a symbol of old, bad, times.

Oh, I was being sarcastic. Jets are generally bigger than tanks, so it's kind of funny how Brawl is all huge next to Needlenose… but if we made all jets "to scale" they'd be monsters towering over everyone else, I guess.
I think they went overboard on Brawl's size. He's a thug and he's kind of strong, but he's not a giant. He's only as strong as Gears, after all.

Autoboty
Sure, but Brawl's toy is also a Deluxe.

I gotta wait more than two weeks for this? No fair!

He's going next too RTS Tracks if I get him.
That would be awesome if they confirmed it if he's still alive.
Chantinelle
Aw man, that's just the saddest thing. Understandable on all sides but still such a shame.
RazorclawX
Well if they're on Cybertron for a recruitment drive maybe this will be how Swindle gets off Cybertron (since I'm not convinced he's dead and he's definitely against Starscream now).
Parasidian
Oh man i just noticed but is that Quark standing outside the shop in the second last panel on the first page?! Because thats awesome!
8bitboy
TFCC will be delivering on that need next year
Screamingjet
sigh its things like this that make me REALLY want an up to date Needlenose figure

This is some of the worst dialogue Barber has to offer. But other than that, this is shaping up to look pretty good.
Needlenose is a pretty good character, and I like how Barber is weaving Caminus culture with the Decepticons. Brawl's one line was actually pretty damn good as well.
In terms of art this is Griffith at his best. Colours are wonderful, characters are readable, it's just good.
I'm probably going to have to check this one out after all.
Autovolt 127
Yeah it feels like a return to Season One which is good.

Okay, who is between Sparkstalker and Needlenose in the first panel of page three then? He looks like a Pretender robot to me, but I don't think there are any in that color scheme.

Makes sense. I figured there was something missing.
I'm with you on that. But then again, I'm also against the concept of "selfies" as I deal with families whose children wind up in various forms of trouble by being reckless.
So I'm a bit biased.
However, the staff with IDW are staying true to trends and some may find a cover like that funny and appealing. Thankfully, IDW offers two covers, regular and subscription, so those who do not appreciate a "selfie" cover similar to what DC did a few months ago, can opt for the other cover.

So were Needlenose and Dreadwing. Now they've come to Cybertron to do some recruitin'. There might be some space bridging going on, but we need the issue that comes before this one first to see if that's the case.

I thought Brawl was on Earth with Galvatron?
