We’ve got a new Transformers toy gallery to share with you – a new iteration of a character who is near and dear to this fan’s heart, because the original was also one of my first Transformers (and my first Decepticon). Here for your enjoyment is a look at the Legends-class version of Skywarp, from the Combiner Wars line of Transformers Generations.
Skywarp is a redeco of Starscream and Thundercracker before him, and is based on the modern take on the Seeker design, using an F-22 rather than an F-14. This lends him a slightly more stylized quality on his design. If you have owned the Starsacream, Thundercracker, or Acid Rain versions, you know what to expect from the design. The deco is where this one shines – the black and purple looks excellent on this design, and helps this toy look very sharp.
At a push, I would say I do prefer the deco on Thundercracker – I feel Thundercracker just pops a little more than Skywarp – but all three of the main Seekers look fantastic in this mold, both as individuals and in a group. We’ve got nearly 100 pics here for you to enjoy, showing both Skywarp on his own and a few with his fellow Seekers – check them out linked below:

I wonder Hasbro will ever do the coneheads
Kurome
wonder if we'll see other versions such as sunstorm and red wing
Autovolt 127
Nice to see another full completed Seeker set.

Yeah, c'mon Sol. You know better.
Though it's a pretty funny mistake since Air Raid's been changed from an F-15 to a (similar to but legally distinct from) F-14.
Anyway, I might get this. I've never bothered completing a set of Seekers, but at this point I have Starscream (largely for Waspinator and the fact nothing else came out around then) and Thundercracker (he's my favorite due to his name, color, and personality). Might as well just get the third.

The original seekers were F-15s, not F-14s, F-14's were Top Gun He looks nice though, will fit in nicely with SS and TC.
Cha Chi
Mine is like that too, very liberal with the silver over running the face area…
It's ok, helps look a little different from the others.
Flexx Ark
Skywarp is my favorite as well, but Thundercracker does stand out color wise.
