Days before Botcon 2015, Vangelus and Seth decide to talk about television shows, gentlemanly conduct, and hard times.

I love the off-topic talk. Maybe it would help if it were edited in such a way that any off-topic chatter would be put at the end of the recording, though this would interfere with the flow of the conversation methinks.

I do that listing to other shows and when we get stuck like that ourselves in my back of my head I know people are screaming whatever it is we are stumped on and it makes me more flustered.

I love it so much when future Vangelus comes back to yell with futility. Unless I'm much mistaken, he's done it a few time before? Regardless, it had me in tears laughing. Keep up the great work guys!
Matty
All the time. I do that one thing when I start yelling when there's something they're missing or getting incorrect
Love you guys
soundwavempl
Yup. I do the same thing. I even clap sometimes when I am listening and they say something I am totally in agreement on.
Lumpy
YES! hysterical.
Same here… and uh, does anyone else find themselves talking back to the podcast when they ask a question, or get stumped? Like this episode, the Michael Keaton thing, I kept saying it over and over again, and then realized they can't hear me… so, anyone else? or am I the only weirdo here…
Matty
I was dying with the off-topic talk at the beginning of the show, while Vangelus screams in the edited background
The off-topic stuff isn't for everyone, that's fine. I enjoy this show because it's a conversation piece rather than a strict talking of Transformers news and topics (I primarily listen for that reason though). When I listen I feel like I'm at a convention with all of the conversations going on, it's the same effect.
To each their own, I personally hope you guys continue your nonsense ways.

I love the wrestling talk, cuz I love wrestling, but understand that other people might not. And sure, they randomly go all over the place sometimes, but it's generally funny, in my opinion. There's definitely also the fast forward option. I tend to listen to the off topic toys at the end on 1.5 speed, cuz I'm not always interested in rider belts, amibos or glyos things, but if I hear something that interests me, I can slow it down and rewind a bit.
as far as the Wave 2 not showing up in europe, I'm wondering if it's something where U.S. sales were so good that Hasbro needed more stock for retailers and pulled inventory from wherever they could. I know we've heard of stuff like that in the past, so maybe that's an explanation. Still a super drag for the overseas friends.
Edit: Dusty Rhodes was one of the best on the mic, easily. And he made things work, like the polka dots. Rumor has it Vince McMahon did that as a way to belittle Dusty when he jumped to WWF, but Dusty made it work. RIP Dusty.

Sorry to see you go, but that's a decision that you have to make for yourself. I'm not saying this as a shill for my own thing, but I enjoy the format we have. 2-3 "segments" and a good conversational tone. It mirrors the couple of other shows that I listen to over anything else on my podcast list. It's like you're just a wallflower with some friends having a conversation on what interests them. I couldn't care less about wrestling, but I enjoy hearing Chris and Seth's enthusiasm about it. But to each their own. I hope you find happiness in another podcast.

Actually, GERWALK is a canon term from Super Dimensional Fortress Macross, the anime Season 1 of Robotech was built from.
GERWALK is also an acronym for "Ground Effective Reinforcement of Winged Armament with Locomotive Knee-joint", a VTOL and low-level air gunship mode, similar to an attack helicopter, for the Valkyries. The term "Guardian Mode" was just fabricated by Harmony Gold for Robotech for the "G" lever.

I take a lot of the responsibility for the bulk of the off topic yapping but in my defense, in the moment I'm just enjoying the conversation and don't realize how long we run off topic.
In that regard Future Vangelus yelling was a humorous way to acknowledge what was happening and let listeners who might have a problem with it that he knew what was up. I didn't know he was going to put those in but I laughed as much as anyone when I heard it.

I hope by majority you mean yourself. Don't assume to speak for us all.
I personally don't mind the off topic discussions.
Anti Spark
I have to admit I laugh everytime.

After this episode I think it's offical, my new favorite thing about this podcast is future vangelus yelling in the background. XD
soundwavempl
I love how Vangelus edits himself in at times. It is freaking hilarious and worked very well in this episode.
As for the non-Transformers/off topic stuff, I don't mind it. People can skip it if they don't want to listen to it. I listen to the podcast not only for it's high quality production, but because I actually am interested in what you guys think about what I am interested in. While I might not be a fan or follow all of the podcaster's interests, it exposes me to what is out there. I am really looking forward to what you all think of Terminator:Genisys when you all see it.
And major bummer on no news about the Machine Robo/Gobots during Tokyo Toy Show. I doubt SDCC will bring anymore news either.
Anti Spark
The podcast sounds more like a Toyark podcast.

Guys, I'm sorry to say but… Unsubscribed. Too much other discussion about other things not related to transformers. I know there is plenty of content out there to flesh out in a single podcast as others have various shows that encompass their "network" (see Radio Free Cybertron) that discuss the things I come to listen for.
I get that you guys have "free flowing" or "natural" conversation but most of the time it's about things that a majority of us have no interest in. I listen for talk about transformers, not "other."
