3rd party group, Toyworld, has updated their website with new official colored images of their next release in their unofficial Headmaster releases. Revealed this evening is Swamper, an unofficial Generation 1 Skullcruncher! If this figure is on par with Toyworld’s previous unofficial Headmaster releases, we’re in store for a very big and beefy Decepticon crocodile. Swamper’s robot mode appears to have two different chest transformations, one with the crocodile head and one without. As opposed to the original G1 release, the toy’s Headmaster partner/trainer will ride in a compartment in his back as opposed to riding in his mouth.
Check out all of the images after the break!

Tall enough for me. Thanks guys! Next bot is him!!
OriginalFire
I think he is 8.5 inches which is a little bigger than Voyager and a little smaller than leader right?
ProtectronPrime
Nah. Voyager, roughly. All of Toyworld's headmasters are about that size.
Gamerlingual
Is this guy leader scaled?

Frogman
Does anybody know where I can find the transform instructions? I bought him off eBay but no instructions lol
OriginalFire
I think if Fansproject and Maketoys were not doing their lines then they would have kept going. Maketoys seems to be making better designs than them and the Fansproject ones are not MP
Electro Rush
Considering that all of their headmasters are still widely available (and some discounted), it's probably a wise move for them to move on.
Windsweeper II
Sadly Common Toyworld, at least give us a Scorponok.
jspags15
I believe TW is not continuing this line and moved to MP scale.

I'd say wait. If it didn't sell out until now it won't happen any time soon

First off, I would like to apologise for bumping an old thread, for I have question to ask regarding this figure and other 2 Toyworld's Headmasters, Hardbone and Brainwave.
I am interested on this and other 2 Headmasters. But with Titan Returns coming, I am unsure now as Hastak's version looks good too imo.
Should I wait and see before making the plunge ?
Shark Jumper
I didn't see any springs, but I just unscrewed the shins and took out one of the ratchets on each leg and now I can transform it without making those loud obnoxious clicking noises.
BLACKWAR
The eyes are painted red from the back.
Razor24
stop playing with toys in the middle of the night!
But seriously if it bothers you heaps, its simply because the springs are just too strong.
Open up his legs and check out the springs behind the knee ratchets.
Then go to your local hardware store or Walmart and buy a packet of springs with loose coils. You will notice that the coils for these 3P springs are thicker and wound more tightly. That is what is causing the heavy ratchets. Looser springs will have more give and therefore weaker ratchets.
Shark Jumper
Is there a mod for his knees? I don't wanna wake up the entire house with that obnoxiously loud ratcheting.
GiganGoji
Beat me to it.
Tiller
All you need is a little paint on the detailing at the end of the purple tail bits that look like eyes and this works surprisingly well.
down_shift
I believe you mean a Graboid
divinecomedy
It's both a head and a tail master.
