TFW2005 Boards member Soundwavedotm had the privilege to visit UK Toy Fair 2014 and to see the Transformers: Age of Extinction toyline from Hasbro… and hear about the trailer.
At the moment he’s sending us the details. Watch this space and the associated thread for the latest news as we receive it.
According to Soundwavedotm, details of the first trailer for Transformers: Age of Extinction were revealed at the show floor and it will feature Grimlock (this newsie assumes that the Dinobots’ presence in the 4th installment is not a spoiler anymore).
The first two waves of the toyline will feature most of the main cast. This was a huge issue with Dark of the Moon’s toyline as many great Cybertronians were left out without a toy. Hasbro, you are doing it right.
Some of the toys he saw: Optimus Prime (Voyager and Leader), Bumblebee, Drift (Bugatti Veyron), Crosshairs (now we have the name confirmed), Lockdown (Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4) and Grimlock in his t-rex mode.
The Generations line was also spotted… and they all looked good (*sighs of relief from many fans*).
More to come. Stay tuned with TFW2005.

Ah yes, I think he could be a bit like TFP Ratchet in that he'll be a bit on the grumpy side lol
Yggdrasil
As far as I understood the car-parts is what makes the trench coat. Like how DOTM Sentinel had the cape or how Drift has the samurai armour.

It was my grade of your response as you failed to answer the question. I don't know what your beef is and I could go on but this dialog is childish.
How about we leave that there then? You have your opinions in regards to things and I have mine and at this point they don't add anything to discussion about the toyfair. capiche?
BeeOtch217
I think it was an instagram video.
Decepticons
Where have you been? You seem to be missing out on some important pieces of info!
Anyways, the video was posted on a news entry on this site, but I can't seem to find it. The video must have been taken down on YouTube.
Lazerwave
Never heard of that video.
bumblebee22
Does anyone remember that video of Slingshot/crosshairs talking
"Slingshot fix it, save us,why do I have to do everything " something like that
The point is that's shows us that crosshairs role won't be so small and that he might be replacing ratchet as the guy who fixes things or atleast maybe crosshairs will fix something
Bumblethumper
So I suppose for the toy we'll either get a kibble cape or some rubbery molded accessory (a la DOTM Megatron). Yay.

Someone upset about Que being executed huh?
David Hingtgen
I can absolutely believe it. No amount of character assassination is unbelievable in these movies.
eagc7
could fit with the fact the guy who end being the trruck will be controversial

The Lockdown art is awesome. Crosshairs looks good too. Funny how nice Crosshair's Mash'ems detail is and how gloopy and awful Lockdown's Mash'em is.

Day Three of 2014 UK Toy Fair: More Transformers: Age of Extinction Robot Faces Revealed?

Wait What? Grey and Black truck is Ultra Magnus?
I refuse to believe that Ultra Magnus is in this movie.
shock24wave
According to Seibertron
A reliable source at the Toy Fair has informed us that the grey cab-over truck we've seen pictured for months now is none other than Ultra Magnus.
So………… uh Yeah……..Magnus is a con.
EDIT: http://www.seibertron.com/transform…-of-extinction-lockdowns-face-revealed/29206/
BOUT TIME.

That's actually really awesome. I think it will lead to stronger designs and less complaints of things being too busy.
Yggdrasil
According to the guy that gave us the Lockdown face the new style of design is pretty much very TFA inspired because there is a lot of "robot clothes" style of designs.
Crosshairs apprantly has a trench coat.

Am I? I'm legitimately confused here. Did that number have some sort of universal siginifcance that I was supposed to understand? I'm really not up to date on the internet lingo you kids are bandying about these days. You gave no explaination of what those numbers represented.
Was it a compliment? Was it an insult? Where you expressing the value of two in both decimal and binary to show an understanding of similar ideas but with different expressions? Without explaination of the significance of the numbers, they are just numbers witout value or importance.
But its a very nice fraction! I've always been partial to it myself. Obviously, I prefer 1/5 as it is simplified through the common factor of two but 2/10 is very nice too. 😀
