I actually received mine yesterday, but waited until today to open it.
Wow! Very similar to the Art of Fall of Cybertron book. I'm a junkie for art concepts of Cybertronian locations, structures, ships, etc. and while Art of Prime isn't quite as detailed as FoC, I'm still impressed!
I just wish there was an art book for the movies now.

Rec'd my copy today….pretty nice book.

Just got a shipping notice from Amazon.

Ordered this over two weeks ago and still showing no shipping info on Amazon. I take it this is not going to be out by Xmas.
EDIT: Received email with an estimated delivery date of 12/27, which is after Xmas but I should have it by next weekend

Unlikely. But why does it matter, it's not as if it would be significantly cheaper given book pricing economics today?
Wild Eevee
Does anyone know if this will come out in paperback?
Autovolt 127
I thought all of this was being covered in the Covenant of Primus.
Still cool this is coming out. I wished we had gotten a silver car Vehicon figure.
Novaburnhilde
I agree 100%
Looking forward to this.
Omega Charge
I'm so glad Transformers has been getting such a cool range of quality books recently, with the TF Vault, Pop-up book, Covenant of Primus, and now this. Not to mention the novels and some outstanding ongoing comics. Will definitely buy this!
Puck Hockey
I'm probably going to pick this up, not gonna lie.
CodeXCDM
Anyone else read the "forward" section in Peter Cullen's Prime voice btw? heh.
IaconStargazer
The show had pretty limited design variety compared to some other action cartoons, but I'm still really interested in getting this book.
Kenai
Pre-ordered this quite some time ago but it's really nice to get to see some preview pics!

Just got my shipping notice from Amazon that my copy is on its way. Can't wait!
I noticed some time ago that my Transformers collection subsisted of entirely "toys", so I made the conscious decision to try and diversify a bit. I started a collection of trade paperbacks of the comics, especially IDW's stuff, and a few art books. But when this thing came out, I just about yelled "perfect", as I knew it was just the thing I was looking for to complement my love of the hobby.
Exodus
Very nice art, still sad to see this show go off air.

I've had this on pre-order for a long while…I am seriously excited about getting it more than ever after seeing these inside peeks
Chopperface
Agreed. That art of the Thirteen at the Well is beautiful, for starters.
janeDoe001
Agreed. I'll have to try and set money aside to pick this up.

I always find these very intriguing and cool, I love getting to see what they started out like, what they could have looked like and seeing them in detail, they should make concept books like these for the movies, or have they done that already?
Digilaut
I disagree..his original design is one of my favorites from the show, but I think the Beast Hunters form is equally awesome.
Just too bad none of the toys come even close to catching that look in either mode. We need Masterpiece Beast Hunters Prime, pronto!
