“The biggest Autobot ever is over 2 feet tall and he’s going to crush his Decepticon foes! This enormous 3-in-1 Metroplex figure’s glowing eyes and mouth and chomping jaw will make even the fiercest Decepticon think twice about taking him on. His lights and sounds make the action even more intense! In robot mode his firing missile will take them down, and he converts to battle vehicle mode when he needs some enormous firepower! He even converts to fortified city mode for massive adventures! He comes with a Scamper Legends figure to fight at his side. Make your Transformers adventures gigantic with this awesome Metroplex figure!
The mighty Optimus Prime just got too mighty for even Predaking to handle! This incredible robot-to-vehicle warrior converts from robot to vehicle mode just like always. But in robot mode, his glowing battle lights and special dragon-hunting sword and shield make him the ultimate Predacon nightmare! Instead of semi truck mode, this Beast Hunter Optimus Prime figure converts to dragon assault truck mode with a light-up windshield! His 5 Firebreath Cyclocannons rapid-fire a 5-missile barrage at any Predacon that’s crazy enough to take him on. Take your Autobot-Predacon battles to the next level with your Beast Hunter Optimus Prime figure!

I'll get one eventually – but I'm in no huge hurry – If he gets a bit cheaper in November I might bother – but since I have to import an American one due to the missing speech it's hard to muster up the energy to push the button.
I think I need something to get me interested in him like some new mould G1 related Legions/Legends, other wise he's just a bit white wobbly dust gatherer. I'm still far from impressed that his main ramp does not even reach the ground either in city mode and when it does lower it blocks the garage from being used – that bugs me quite a bit.
I suppose Scamper has some use though… I guess I would show more enthusiasm if I could think what to do with it. I think he needs something else Titan class to fight perhaps to show his worth more to my play pattern.

To be honest these adverts look like something most any of us could do at home with little effort.
Bring on the fan-made parody videos of HasBrother!
Needs more breasts and explosions.
Feralstorm
These are like the video equivalent of those "holiday toy/gift guide" ladies' magazines that pop up every year.
"Hey, check this out. It does this stuff. There's a reasonable chance your child or grandchild will like it."

The Metroplex looks like the prototype seen at Toy Fair 2013. The silver face and silver legs definitely give it away.

Anybody play all the videos at once? Not my picture

I was impressed with how quickly and adept he was at getting his hands in and out of frame to push the buttons/gimmick levers!!!

For those of you saying he's monotoned… You may want to check either your ears or your definition of the word…? He sounds like a recording in every video, sure (and I bet some advertising bigshot made that call on purpose), but that is some very prominent enthusiasm there – albeit artificial.
I thought it was funny how he pulled off those tongue-twisters. I say hilarious because they were well executed, but I could hear that it wasn't easy. I wonder how many takes some of those took.
Dark Skull
Looks the same to me…although the lighting has me wondering if the face isn't white…
Possibly, but like I said above, something makes me think the lighting is playing tricks on my eyes. In some parts it looks silver, toward the end of the video it looks white. *shrugs*
All I know is, the one I got from BBTS….is white.

My insides somehow just threw up out of my mouth and ears and nostrils after the 3rd "Introducing .. "
Prime Jetscream
That Metroplex is waaay different from the actual release… Why the hell do promotional things like these always get it wrong?
Not to mention all the awful mistransformations and just plain sloppiness…
EDIT: WAIT DID HE JUST CALL BH PRIME'S GUNS ICONIC!? *FLIPS TABLE*
Autovolt 127
Sure their bland but the guys voiced didn't come off that bored sounding.
convoy84
Depends on whether or not you hear the Deep Note the first time you push Metroplex's sound module.
Mechafire
It takes some real effort to make an advert for a 2 foot tall talking space robot this fucking boring
Wheeljackie
From hasbro!!!!

If they were advertising them to "us" then they only need a long lingering shot of the box art and a line about the shelf size needed to staNd it on.
job done.

I wonder if he has a button to press to make him say 'It's the Transformers Generations <size class> action figure from Hasbro'? (Apart from when he's in Europe or Canada when he just makes 'Pew! Pew!' noises…)
MrByatis
I think the guy in these videos was also in the videos put out for the Battleship Kre-O sets.
