A new listing has gone up at Amazon.com for the next volume of Transformers Rescue Bots on DVD. Volume 3 is titled Griffin Rock Rescues and is slated for a release on 22 October 2013. No cover art or listing of episodes on the disk is given yet, so watch this space for more information!

It's more that parents don't want to spend $30 on a full season of a show when a $10 single disc dvd will be sufficient. The way they're doing it is standard for pre-school shows.

Well..the good news is there will be a Vol. 3… the bad news is no news for a Season 1 DVD or BD. Awwwww.
I'd like to delete the eps from my DVR…come on Shout…a WHOLE SEASON, please!!???!
I don't buy the whole taking up space argument, having several pkgs with only 1 disc per pkg, when they could put 2/3 discs in 1 pkg for the same or less shelf space. Duh….seems like a use of space and $$ imho.

This really needs to be released in full seasons on DVD and BD.

Oh did they? Neat, god I've missed all the Botcon news, completely forgot about it tbh

I wish they released it on blu ray

Well HH, given what you told me at Botcon this year, and after those Rescue Bot panels, I'm still going through Season 1 on Netflix.
Definitely saw where you were coming from regarding your question to the show's writers.

At Botcon I believe they said Winter.

I know many have complained that there isn't a season set. Shout Factory have stated shows aimed at the age group that Rescue Bots is aimed at sell better as individual volumes rather than season sets. Shelf space is limited and parent would rather invest in a single disc dvd than a full season set of a show that their kid will outgrow in a few years.
