Our sponsors Robot Kingdom have updated their Facebook page with details of the next Dr Wu release. DW-P15 Rain Storm is a four-barreled chaingun, based off of the design of the weapon that Springer used in his final fight against Overlord at the end of Last Stand of the Wreckers. Speculation is it might also look good on your Prime Skyquake, but for now check out the pictures of this unlicensed accessory.

I found my set on Uncle Billy's AliBaba Store. Check there. I got mine about 6 months ago.

Does anyone know?

Hello, sorry for the bump but I have been interested in this set and I was wondering if some store was still selling the metallic and gold versions of the gun.

Anyone know where I can pick one of these sets up? The sponsor stores for the site all seem to be out of stock and they have all but disappeared from eBay.

To be honest, I'm probably not even gonna give Springer the smaller gun. Sandstorm REALLY needs a weapon that doesn't look ridiculous.
His stock gun looks alright pegged onto his vehicle mode, but in robot mode that handle is just WAY too far back.

It's actually better than it looks. The mini-gun is just BOSS in Springer's hand. And the smaller weapon looks better than the stock weapon Has/Tak's Springer comes with.
Posing Springer with the smaller gun is beyond easy. I though that that mini-gun was going to present a challenge. I was wrong. It is much easier to pose with this mini-gun on Springer than Warden with his BFG and because of the weapon's weight, Springer can hold it up pretty well and also does so in either alt-modes. The smaller gun, however, was a bit more challenging to find a good spot on Springer's alt modes

I recently dug Springer out of my box, and I was contemplating getting this set. Can anyone offer some commentary to sway my opinion in either direction?
The main stopping block here is that, even after shipping, these guns cost significantly more than I payed for the figure itself. The main draw is being able to pose Springer as if he were in LSotW, since the minigun scene is pure awesomeness even though he only uses the thing for all of one panel.
So before I go to BBTS and spend $25 plus about $10 in shipping costs I wanted a few more opinions.

Wow just bought this, what a waste of money

Sorry to bump this but can anyone take a picture of minigun + Evasion Prime?
I wanna see how they fit together.

The gold gun might look good with Botcon Thunderclash, since the original toy had a big gold rifle.

Yep. Looks boss. I can post a pic after work for you.

Has anyone tried the metallic gun with Warden?
koonfasa
Well it looked like I missed those Prowl pistols.
koonfasa
Only one unfortunately. I bought four from RK for $6 each, I used them to top up an order. They are very awesome and I've just been swapping them out on everyone! Best fit is Sideswipe, worst is MP-10. The clip can also be taken off, but that end is unpainted black.

Forgive my ignorance, but with the recent release of just the metallic gun, is it just a single gun per package or is it a set of them? I ask because most photos people have shown show more than one. BBTS doesn't specigy, and the listing on Chimungmung shows a dozen of them lined up so that's no help. :/

does this set fit warbot defender
Skyfire87
The gun does suit him well. You def need to get those stickers. He's awesome as is, but the stickers put him on another level.
