SURPRISE! This week we started mailing the FREE membership figures for 2012! We were able to get these manufactured much earlier this year, so off they go to you! It will take several weeks for them to reach all of the membership, so please be patient. If you don’t receive your figure by the end of May, please let us know.
We are still waiting for the remaining club exclusives to arrive from China and we will start shipping as soon as they get here. They should arrive in the next week.
In your May/June issue of the Club Magazine, you will find a letter that offers: credit card fraud counseling; instructions on how to place a credit alert on your accounts; and a free one-year subscription to a Credit Monitoring and Identity Theft Recovery Service that we have purchased on your behalf.
If you have received any evidence of fraud on your credit cards, please call and make a report with the 800 number listed in the letter for the recovery services.
If you desire to take advantage of the Credit Monitoring and Identity Theft Recovery Service, your letter contains an individually assigned certificate number that will allow you to activate the service. Do not share this certificate number with anyone as it is a one-time use certificate. In addition, you will need to activate your service by June 15, 2012. This service will last for 12 months once you activate it. Again, we apologize for any issues this problem has caused our membership.
Please note that your Club Magazine will be approximately 2 weeks later than normal as we wanted to give you time to check your mailing addresses in the new Club Store before we used it for the first mailing. You should receive your issue by May 4th. Please contact us after that date if you have not received your magazine.
Finally, we hope to see you in Dallas (just 2 short weeks)! If you can’t make it, check out the pictures at BotCon.com. Tomorrow (Friday, April 13) is the last day to register for BotCon attending or non-attending packages. We are very close to a sell out!
See you in Dallas!

Agreed. That would be a step in the right direction. One of many they need.

It's been so long, I may have just forgotten, but I don't recall that Runamuck had been made available already (not counting the pre-March 16th membership deadline to get it as your incentive figure). As such, I'm not at all sure why it wouldn't count.
Certainly this is the kind of thing many fans were asking to have done for Side Burn (after the fact), and that was same kind of toy as Runamuck is.

Just got this from the club:
"Hello all,
Today we will be uploading our new set of store templates and testing them. Hopefully, if we don't find any major errors, we will be turning on the left over BotCon products, Runamuck, and other club items around noon CDT tomorrow.
Please note that you will be limited to ONE Runamuck and ONE Convention Pack (below) until we see how demand goes. Do not place a second order until we allow you, as we can see all of our orders by member and will cancel the order and charge a cancellation fee.
2012 Transformers Club Exclusive Runamuck (1 pc) $32.00
2012 BotCon Souvenir Combo Pack (Octopunch & Spinister 2pk, 2012 Comic Program, Trading Card Set) 4 pcs $110.00
We want to ensure that as many people as possible are able to get these pieces first hand without having to go to the secondary market. IF WE DON"T SELL OUT, as soon as the flurry abates, we will remove the limits.
I'll send out another email and we will tweet when the product is live.
Thanks for your patience!
Brian"
It's nice that they are putting limits on stuff but it's a little late at this point. They probably don't have a huge mess of Runamucks left over so the limit won't affect them at all.
Now, if they actually start putting limits on NEW stuff, we'll be on to something.

I agree, people need to be patient. Members should be getting first crack in the form of making sure ALL members receive their free figures. I have seen several still waiting. So these issues need to be handled first before any extras go up for sale.

All this concern about purchasing Runamuck is confusing. If you were a member or signed up at the con, you should get one for free. If you fall into neither of those categories, then you have no right to complain about them not being available to purchase. They were a membership exclusive and IF any were still available after member allocation and Botcon renewals/purchases then they would be made available. IF there is no quantity left, you have only yourself to blame.
Assuming you are a member in good standing and have received your figure. Those members who have not received their Runamuck freebie have every right to be concerned and upset.

Sighhhh, still waiting, already gave up on the magazines. Isn't it supposed to arrive by the end of May?
Sammael
No Runamuck here, either. When should I start worrying? I've received 2 packages from the US that were sent much later…
Megaprime80
Still haven't gotten mine in the mail
Kenucme
There WILL be more Runamuck figures available. They only brought a small amount of their available stock to BotCon to sell.
I'm waiting myself for the rest to come available on the club store. I didn't get to BotCon soon enough before they sold out of what they brought for sale.
Alucard77
so is there not going to be additional sold? That would suck for members who didn't go.
mykticon
Yea, like Seeker311 said, they were sold to anyone and everyone. I know some people who bought a few and were already members and didn't sign up for anything there. I'm still kicking myself for not grabbing an extra 1 or 2
LamboTwinLove
From what I have read after botcon, yes I am sure. They were taking memberships and there was a sign saying free Runamuck there. Of course those didn't last long. And Seeker might be right as well with them selling some. I don't remember reading that or not. I just remember the talk about the club memberships being done and advertising getting a Runamuck.
Now, I have no idea how it works but I'm sure the club probably had it set up so they're memberships don't give them the freebie for next year as well. If they did I'm sure we would hear about that by now with all the FunPub issues we've been hearing about lately.
seeker311
they werent just for people that signed up for membership at the con; they were extras for sale to already members. $25 at that too
LemonPrime
You sure about that? Not trying to argue, but simply point out that if those people got Runamuck for signing up at Botcon, then essentially, they are getting the incentive/freebie toy for 2012 and are entitled to the free 2013 toy since their memberships will still be active by next years renewal deadline. In other words, one year's membership with two "freebies". At least that's how I understood your explanation.
LamboTwinLove
No, no. The ones they took to botcon were not sold like an exclusive. They were given to people who signed up for a membership with the club during botcon. So they signed up, got a the fig. They didn't bring a whole lot from what I've seen said.
But Pete did say this was not part of the extra stock for replacement figs and to sell after all members got theirs. Pete has said they had plenty of extras to cover everything.
They are waiting till the end of May to make sure all figures were received before putting the figures up on the club store.
Omegax80
That doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Since Runamuck was not a con exclusive, but originally a free figure for members, why would they only sell the rest at Botcon and not at the online store so those who bought Over-Run can complete their sets?
videriant
I was there at Botcon, on Thursday, at 10:30 PM when they said that they were sold out of the ones they brought to Botcon but would have some in the store when it came back online.
On Friday, surprisingly, they got some more. No idea if they found more of somebody brought it over from Fort Worth. Don't know when they sold out, don't know if they made an annoucement. Was anybody actually there at the time it sold out on Friday that can tell us what exactly was said.
Yeah, they'll definitely have some left over from the replacement batch. It's unclear if the Botcon ones were the entire "extras" batch or just some of it. I hope that they don't have a problem with the overseas shipment like last year.
alldarker
Considering the TFCC states on their site that people who didn't receive their Runamuck should at least wait until the end of May before contacting TFCC for a replacement, I'd say that only after that time will they be able to take into account how many replacements they need to send out. They will defintely have to keep stock back for those replacements.
And only after that will they know how much Runamuck stock is left to put on the site.
seeker311
yeah, u pretty much missed it. Whatever extra Runamucks were left were sold out at botcon. But, i do hope im wrong….
Omegax80
Hi Pete,
Do you have an estimate as to when the club stor will be back up and running? I am also curious about the sale of the Runamuck figures. For example, I bought two Over-runs, and would like to net myself an extra Runamuck (already got my free one) to put into the collector's box. Was something already said (and I missed it?) or will there be news coming soon?
