Here we’ve got a look at the main lineup of Transformers Dark of the Moon. As well as some proper looks at characters like Autobot Topspin and a differently transformed Ultimate Optimus Prime, there’s one really nice, big surprise – Leader Class Ironhide! Read on for the pics of these and loads, loads more.
UPDATED WITH ROTATED IMAGES.

The mod I spoke of does add and extra step but Paxtin is correct it does not affect the transformation.
When I just tried the format of legs and hips of the new DOTM HA on my junker HA BB the only problem I could work out is the molding on the back of his thighs and the amount the hinge at the top knee can rotate. If they altered both of these factors (Slight reduction of the depth of the profile of the molding on the back and allowing the knee to go past it's current stop point) it would be able to transform this way with no issue. Who knows maybe they have addressed these and it will be good and correct second time around!!! Finger crossed eh? lol

Quoted for truth.
The HA figures are the only toys that actually look like the movie renders. They're big, imposing figures – highly detailed and poseable, and worth the large price tag. They are the only movie line figures I own, because they are the only ones worth owning when you have limited display space available.
I'm glad that the line is coming back, and I don't mind it being expanded with the scouts, but I hope Hasbro doesn't lose sight of what made this subline a hit – and that was big, screen-accurate figures. Here's hoping Hasbro delivers… they always do.
A Human Alliance Ratchet would kick ass… just sayin'
Paxtin
It creates an extra step, but the transformation itself still works.
Bumblethumper
well spotted. Looks to me like they just misassembled it with the lower left leg on the right hand side and vice-versa.
BTW, the mod you're talking about, that's interferes with the transformation, right?

Is it me or have they actually noted a well known minor mod we've all done to HA Bumblebee, cos the photo of the mainly black with yellow HA BB in bot mode clearly shows his wheels ARE already correctly on the outside, yet his hips have not been swapped round as the wheel arch bits still fold out to the side! If they have done this pre minor remold mod, and not just banging out a repaint…. "WELL DONE for taking notice of the fans!!"
Ra88
I really doubt it, and if it will, then I will be very surprised.
BTW, just realized this: only Bumblebee has painted windows, Skids has translucent ones.
CyberShadow
This is true. I had forgotten about the listed Soundwave and Wrecker…. I really hope that the windows are not painted for these, though.
Jarodimus
But we get nifty new alt modes with the snowmobile and Can-Am Spyder! I'm pretty excited for those two, at least.
Ra88
You're acting like Bumblebee and Skids will be the only large HA figures or that all of them will be kid-friendly repaints. Relax, chances are that these will be the only repaints until the last wave. We already know that we're getting a Wrecker and Soundwave after all, and with all the other sweet rides in the movie, you can bet that we'll see plenty more. Hell, I doubt that Hasbro will pass up the chance to make a HA Ferrari, or a Mercedes-Bentz!
Besides, the Basics are more a replacement for the Scouts then for larger HA figures.
TornadoQuakeX
I like how some of the HA Basics can be held by other MechTech figures as guns. I especially love how Shockwave looks while holding the HA Helicopter as a gun (as seen in Peaugh's review of the HA Helicopter). I would love to get them both and paint the HA Helicopter in a metallic purple and silver. It would blend well with Shockwave and look great!
CyberShadow
This is exactly my problem with it. I liked the HA line because it had realistic almost-scaled vehicles and nicely complex transformations. So, I got the entire line aside from the Bumblebee variant (even black Sideswipe that wasnt released in the UK).
They have totally missed the point with HA with the new waves. The Basic vehicles dont have the realism or complexity, and the standard figures are just straight repaints of the earlier figures, in black, with the windows painted in! Seriously, why paint in the windows like that? That, and the fact that they seem to be taking a PCC approach – repaint the main figure (lets go for black this time!) and repackage it with a repaint of a companion figure from a different figure.
Its a real shame, as it was one of the few lines that I wanted to go completist with, but I cant really find a single reason to pick up any HA figures. I honestly dont even know why the standard figure repaints are included. If Hasbro are looking for more 'child friendly' figures (and this is working for me, as I am not interested and not their target customer), who are they aiming the standard repainted HA figures at? Its a little cynical.
Of course, I now fully expect the announcement that the two that we have seen – Bumblebee and Skids – are the only two to be produced and that there will not be a Mudflap! Go on, Hasbro, I dare you.
Ra88
Last I heard it didn't sell as well as expected because the cases were crammed full with Bumblebees, leaving the new figures hard to find, and that's why they're introducing the smaller figures, to save the line? That's what I read on here anyways.
SpicyRichter
I think Hasbro missed the point as to why Human Alliance sold so well
Hint: it had nothing to do with the humans
Infosaur
I kinda want a case of those human alliance drones that kinda look like Scrapmetal from Cybertron.
Repaints and troop building!
Also I'm really digging Sentinal Prime.

Here is my question: we have already seen that the DOTM line is doing a lot of things different, and someone who talked to one of the Hasbro execs said that it was not about production limits… who is to say that they are not increasing the number of Leaders? I'm sure Prime and Megs will get their Leader Classes in the second wave.
infinite_808
He is GLORIOUS!!! This guy is already bought. I DO wish they could have gotten the cannons in a tad better, though…
KrytenKoro
Don't know why they have the wings swept up in the official images, but the Toyfare version of Optimus looks SO MUCH BETTER, with the wings swept down.
Miggytron
I've gotta say, I was able to see one of the Deluxe Dreads in person and it looked a lot better than any pics I ever saw of it. Might have to temper some of my utter disgust and indifference with the DOTM line as a result.
Skyclaw
EH GAD!! All of these toys look like shit!! i mean theres nothing here thats grabs my attention or i would even want!!! I hate to say it, but if someone was holding me at gun point to buy 2 of these, it would be Megatron and Shockwave and the rest i would melt into Legos.

^ Don't knock yourself, it's nearly impossible to do that. Whenever I'm trying to soften one of my comments I always use a smiley.
A lot of people don't understand what a strange medium this is for humans. It is absolutely prone to miscommunication and misinterpretation. There are absolutely no nonverbal cues.
Right, this thread has an actual topic…uh, go MechTech?
