Official Image of Generations Blurr and Dirge

Entertainment Earth has added an image to their order for Generations Wave 4, which includes Dirge and Blurr! The image showcases the official photography for Blurr, who is based on IDW’s version of the character and is a remold of Drift with new weapons and a new head, and Dirge, who is a reuse of the Transformers Henkei Dirge mold. They will be released two each per case of eight, with the remaining slots filled out by one each of Red Alert and War for Cybertron Optimus Prime, Megatron and Soundwave, all of whom are due for release in earlier waves of Generations.

I think it works. Breaks up what would otherwise be a whole lot of blue, and lends him a rally car look which works well with his "racer" personality.

Good, three of the four WfC figures are in this wave, so I don't have to worry about getting them as much.

And dang it all if Blurr doesn't look awesome, even if those pictures make the light blue seem all too familiar to another shade of light blue known by another name. I really need to track down a Drift soon, because so far it doesn't look like he'll be rereleased in later Generations waves.

Look good. Dirge is a definite buy, Blurr more than likely!!

Love the guns on Blurr, but not sure if i'll pick him or red alert up yet...

    Dirge is bought without question

Yeah, sold on Blurr and Dirge (I like the more show accurate wings on this release compared to my Botcon one...). Definently have to agree that the white works to help break up the blue and the way it was done in an almost rally car fashion does work well for the character. Hasbro and Takara are sure getting a lot of my money this year... unlike last year...
