Clearly they are different from Generations, but (imho) they aren't so far into the movie Aesthetic that you can't slot them in where you choose. Tomahawk's head isn't movie-esque at all, and aside from his lower legs he's a fairly "generic" transformer ~ i don't think he'd look out of place with Movie, Classics or the better E/C figures (actually, both of these guys remind me of some of the better Energon/Cybertron figs)
neither look as particularly "monstrous" or "alien" as the movie guys tend too (aside from Terradive's head which is as much BW/BM as anything), yet not so far removed as to be out of place with them either. And i think that's what Hasbro is intentionally going for in the Yellowbox line: like the name of the Line being just "Transformers" they are somewhat generic "Transformers"

I think people are getting confused becuase of the way the news post is. It mentions both "Generations" and "Transformers" but becuase they lumped all the pics togethor (Darkmount, Terradive, Red Alert, etc), people are assuming they're from the same line.

well, my apologies. I am at work and I have image disabled for safety =) I only took a very quick glimpse and I couldn't tell the difference from that.

"Yellow box," "HFtD," "TF 2010," whatever you wanna call that line

Transformers, the renamed movie line
i swear, they clearly look like movie figures, are people blind or something? i ain't trying to be rude, but people keep thinking all these clearly-movie design based figures are generations figures, they look completely different than the generation figures
exomega255
So then, what lines are they going under?

Tomahawk and Terradive aren't from Generations.

Tomahawk and Terradive… are they suppose to be part of Wave 4?
Because Wave 3 is red alert, darkmount, soundwave and megatron right?

Wow, Terradive and Tomahawk look awesome! This line rocks, I can't wait for all of these to come out.
monsterikan
cant wait .. really cant want for these WFCs
Optimus_Prowl
Could Terradive be a Jhiaxus reference? I mean there is Darkmount so I dunno. It just rung a certain chord with me.

Shit.. These are damn awesome!
WFC Megatron:
Tomahawk:
But.. Terradive:
Terradive looks the slickest, meanest, and coolest of the lot IMO.

Terradive: If Hasbro's designing, then I want a Jet and a Trident… and nobody's going to say a $h1t about it.

It made think me of that guy too, but yeah, similarities are almost certainly coincidental. Much like how offscreen character Dreadwing from TF1 always reminded me of Super Gobot Spy Eye.
Wish I'd saved my old gobots.

OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD.
Those look AMAZING! I WANT THEM ALL and cant wait on that CYBERTRON SOUNDWAVE

Awesome. Although, we probably won't see Tomahawk or Terradive until December 2019 or something.

Not going to wade through 27 pages to see if it's been mentioned already, but does anyone see a (unintentional?) nod to Super Gobots Warpth in Tomahawk?
Edgewise
…in your opinion.
artiepants
…and that's a good thing

Don't judge the colors too much based only on Hasbro's photoshopped pics.
Though it seems Tomahawk does at least lack something like Rotorstorm's pink as a color to 'pop' off his deco.
