Presenting, the Official Logo of Transformers: Prime…
Thanks to ADAGE.com we now have our first look of the Transformers: Prime logo.
Also, the Bumblebee CGI image we saw earlier is now confirmed as the Bumblebee of Transformers: Prime
Official Description…
Transformers: Prime – Show-runners Jeff Kline (“Ghostbusters,” “Dragon Tales”), Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci (“Transformers”, “Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen”, “Star Trek”) continue the saga as “Optimus Prime” and the “Autobots” battle the evil “Decepticons” led by “Megatron”. This fall, viewers will experience the world of “Transformers” like never before.

Update: Added a much clear/large logo.

Thats what I want to see myself! With them wanting this show to last just as long as G1, I'm hoping to see new takes on Headmasters are other gimmick technology!
I'm not following
But we can say that we finally entered a new generation of Transformers. While most things in the past was inspired by Generation 1. We can now say that anything new from here on out will be inspired by the live action movie, leaving the G1 stuff aimed at an older audience.

Me too, but you know what? They could have called it "Transformers: Revenge of the Zucchini People" for all I care, as long as it's fun to watch.

WFC is a G1 continuity though. Just look at TF: Prime bumblebee and WFC Bumblebee. They don't look too much alike.

no not fully and besides until I see his legs i can't even be 100% sure on alt mode, color scheme is definate movie and his head is movie inspired, but im still hoping for a move away from movie bots as i feel Transformers needs a refreshing change even if just until the next movie.

i wanna see some character models already! lol

how about a spoiler alert
Excelsior Prime
Here's my theory as to the meaning of the title:
"Prime" refers not only to the role of Prime (as made familiar to new fans in the live-action films) but also to the new "Prime" universe that this series and WFC will be set in.
In other words, WFC/TF are set in the new central TF timeline, though travel to other universes will be introduced in this series. Thus all the series are valid and all fans will find something they'll like. I also think this series will blend elements from all of the series, since this "Primeline" (prime timeline) is the one from which all the others flow.

Goddamn respect the font bitches
Poho
how not-exciting.

Soo… Would you say that you are happy they respected the original font?

Simple logo. Nice job, Hasbro!
Now let's see what characters they are , how they look like, and who's going to voice them.

Seems like they are going movieverse. The only good thing about this is….IF the show is good and enjoyable like Animated was, it will not get canceled when TF3 comes out like Animated did.
ON a hopeful note. This being a cartoon I will presume that there will be more robot time and actual characterization vs the mess we see in the movies.
Thanx

I can't believe some of you guys are up in arms about a friggin logo.
Respect the original logo? That's ridiculous.
Nothing has come out besides half of a Bumblebee design. We can't judge it.
But let the slaughter begin!

Loose balls? on a kids show?

I need to see the designs and toys before I pass judgement. I've seen half of Bumblebee and IMO he does look cool. He look's movie-inspired minus a lot of the harsh, pointy bits. More like WFC's designs.

Just seems like they would have to change so much about the movie universe to make it work as a cartoon that you might as well just have something totally new considering the changes that would have to be made.
Bumblebee has to talk because a long running cartoon can't afford song royalties every time Bumblebee has something to say.
The Decepticons are going to have to be toughened up and given personalities because a show about a pile of dead Decepticons every week would get really boring really quickly and alienate the Decepticon fan base.
Devastator is going to have to lose the balls and I'm not sure if the Twins can be cleaned up enough to make them into something that would not cause a stink.
The Hub already has a GI Joe cartoon on the way so the show would have to focus on the Autobots instead of humans and the human military.
Plus you've got the problem of part of the fan base doesn't like the movie universe so part of your target market is not going to give the show a chance. There is also the problem of just how much longer will the general public go for the movie universe. If Transformers 3 isn't a better film than Revenge of the Fallen will the general public still like the movie franchise or move on to other things?
