In transformers scale, nobody wins.
But this is still an awesome size chart. It be fantastical if they did one for all the movie robots.(and sill manage to at least SEEM scale accurate.)

You should take it easy on the drugs.

According to Caterpillar's website:
A model 773 is 13ft high, 33ft long, and 18ft wide.
A model 797 is 21ft high, 48ft long, and 30ft wide.
Rough 3D volume: 7,722ft^3 vs 30,240ft^3.
The gross operating weight of the 797 is over six times that of the 773. Its engine is 5 times more powerful. It's a MUCH bigger truck.
And again–the original concept art for Long Haul is a 797, and the robot mode has 797 details. I think that was kept all the way up until principal photography–where they used a 773. But the CG model still transformed into a 797-sized, and 797-detailed, bot! But that just doesn't work. That'd be like using a Honda for BB in the next movie, but using the same CG model robot (which has obvious Camaro parts)!
Or in short—Long Haul somehow is a 797 in robot mode, but a 773 in vehicle mode. He's kind of a triple-changer.

ok to sort this out long haul and rampage have different scales with their clones, skipjack is a smaller clone of rampage, rampage is longhaul sized, and there is also a smaller longhaul, the larger longhaul and rampage combine to form dev, also the cotpit of the duluxe toy is the smae size as the one on the legends so the legends is a smaller type of bulldozer
jonatron26
i love how small long haul is in vehicle mode compared to scrapper but a giant in robot mode. his wheels must have grew by 300%.
DecepticonsRule
I want to see a bigger size of that

Bgrngod, You're right. The local coal industry in my neck of the woods uses a lot of these trucks. There does seem to be a correlation between the number and the size of the truck. Sorta like motorcycles, whose numbers generally indicate approximate engine size in cc's. (e.g., RM125, RM250, Shadow 600, etc…). I don't know what the numbers refer to on the big trucks.
And, to whoever else complained about scale, I agree. That's a huge peeve of mine as well. I hate having Arcee and Chromia the motorcycles ridiculously large compared to my Bulldozer and Corvette. So I didn't buy the girls. They needs to be Legends class.

I ….dont understand…lo I thought I did before..
So is hte one with no robot mode gonna get a toy or wat?
and where does rampage go on devastator
AND WHOS THAT BEFORE MIX MASTER??
…..
I wish somoene would do this with the toys..cuz I know there are 3 different sizes of devastator toys.
tfan123
Okay, even though the only constructicons im getting are Long Haul, and Devastator, it would be awesome for voyager size Overload, and deluxe size Scrapper, because in robot mode, Scraps as big or a lit bit more shorter than Rampage
Adiansyah
I saw their "bench player" when they combine devastator. a dump truck and a bulldozer on the hill behind the devastator formation. and they have the same size.
Rampage who fought bumblebee is a different bulldozer with the one forming Devastator's left foot. Rampage is much smaller than long haul when they jumped from the ship together to retrieve Megatron.
Or Long Haul is a different (bigger) dump truck with the one forming Devastator's right foot!
Bgrngod
The 773B is quite a bit smaller than the 797B. Compare the size of the cockpit and the stairs etc..
EDIT: Using different pic now. The one I linked to vanished! (saved it to my PB)

Im pretty sure the size of the Vehicle modes in relation to the robot moeds are almost imposasible unless size shifting is conveyed. Which isnt.
Buzzer-Bot
Nice.Pity there's no Hightower in robot mode.
Baird
Hmm, the pictures I've seen of the 773B make it look miles smaller than that 797.

I'm a HUGE stickler for scale accuracy, and according to this art, if you were to make toys of these, Rampage would be a Voyager, Mixmaster could maybe be an Ultra if not a Leader, Overhaul and Scrapper would have to be Leaders, Long Haul would be a Supreme, and Demolisher would be a big ol' Ultimate Class. Devastator could be a combiner made up of toys in these scales. That would be a butt-load of plastic and lotta money, but it would be fantastic.

QFT.
Long Haul's alt mode is almost as high as Scavenger's.
This is not the exact same model but it's the same size as the 773B.

I really hope the make a scrapper Fig in deluxe or Voyager.

There's a better shot of him here. The little notes give hints that many of the constructicons wouldn't necessarily have their bot forms shown.
Pic fixed!
