Toyfare Issue #140 was released today at comic book shops and includes two cover stories on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. One article is an interview with executive producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. He provides confirmation on the origin of The Fallen, provides a time frame for when the movie takes place, and confirms that Devastator will be over 100 feet high in the movie. The second interview is with Hasbro’s Aaron Archer and Greg Lombardo. Within the interview, the toy launch date of May 30th is confirmed, the Gravity Bot assortment is defined, some names of figures from the first wave are revealed, along with other upcoming toy information.

sounds like there's more than one soundwave figure

Nice information.
Can't wait for my copy of Toyfare to arrive.
That's what I think too.

Omega Charge
Oh yeah. They could have The Fallen take Devastator, rip his head off, and tear him to pieces just to show he means business.
Creaky
the fallen just keeps rising in my opinion.
Devs is a nice size. Hopefully he's an utter monster of war, who owns everybody. Untill the Fallen destroys him in one blow. That'd be sweet.

Yes I am aware of this.
They were both comic book stores.
Alexander Quinn
Where they comic stores? Toyfare gets released to comic shops about two weeks earlier than everywhere else, so if it was just a store that sells magazines, then you're gonna have to wait a few more days. It usually springs up in those locations on the last Tuesday of the month.

LOL
Well I know we are going to try to swing by Graham Crackers sometime on Saturday perhaps. So if I don't find it then I will check the A&W trashcans on Sunday.
Tim Formas
I'll hide a copy underneath the garbage can at the A&W restaurant inside Woodfield. If you're lucky, maybe you can have a fry too.

Went to two stores last night, no one had Toyfare. One store tried telling me it didn't come out.
Hooray for me.
Poho
about the spoiler covered by black in the first post: I KNEW IT!!! BAHA! that is so cool.
GAUGE
I'm sorry but devastator has to be much larger than 120 ft.
Here's a chart I made for scale.
Now if you look at it closely you'll see 120 ft. has to be far off because the constructicon Prime jumped on in the teaser is almost as tall as 120 ft. considering Optimus Prime is 28 ft. tall. and was as big as the constructicon's head all by itself, hell that constructicon's arm width when extended was at least 250 ft. wide.

Does the article and pictures make this issue worth buying?

And he's not even standing up
Autobot Burnout
HOLY SH*T! That guy makes G1 Devs look like a Dwarf!

* Runs to Comic store.

Yup, id say the scale for Prime is spot on and accurate.
WOW. Imagine Devy stomping on anything and wverything in its path.
[Wing_Saber-X]
What he said! Devy = Humoungous MONSTER; The Fallen = Pure Evilllll
Oh and Megan Fox little action figure = AWESOME. Imagine carrying it around in your pocket…
kjeevahh
i disagree, devastator doesn't stand upright, he walks around like in that picture, a gorilla.
also, think about the scale in the teaser of prime clinging onto the single constructicon's head. if prime was 1.75 times bigger, then devastator would be the same size as that single constructicn, which obviously isn't right!
Alienbot
Well I'm glad the Fallen is one of the original 13, there's no reason to let that backstory go to waste. Devastator is shaped like a gorilla anyway, long arms and short legs, I say that comparison is accurate.
